I’m absolutely loving this electric kettle! It’s super convenient and heats water so quickly—I don’t even bother with the stovetop anymore when I want tea. It’s efficient, easy to use, and the 1.7-liter size is perfect whether I’m making just one cup or a few. I also really appreciate the sleek stainless-steel design—it looks great on my counter. This has definitely become one of my favorite kitchen appliances! Worth every penny! Best purchase ever!

It remains cool to the touch, which is great since I have kids.I chose this model because the on/off button is on the handle rather than a switch at the base, which I have found tends to fail after around a year. So far, it has performed well. The large opening makes cleaning easy, and the water level window is a helpful addition. The spout pours smoothly without spilling, and the kettle feels sturdy.The ability to select a specific temperature is a great feature, especially for making herbal teas and hot chocolate that do not require boiling water. The boiling function is useful for quick meals like cup noodles or instant potatoes. While the stay-hot feature is a nice option, I haven’t needed to use it since I typically prepare large amounts of tea in an insulated carafe. If I had purchased this kettle first, I might not have bought the carafe at all.Initially, I found the temperature settings confusing, but once I figured out the controls, they were easy to use. Overall, this kettle has been a practical and reliable addition to my kitchen.

Review is for COMFEE 1.7L Double Wall Electric Tea Kettle. I was surprised that the kettle's appearance was actually much nicer in person compared to the product photos. Design is sleek and modern. The overall build quality appears to be solid. The flip-up switch has a built-in light to indicate when the unit is powered on (this was not shown in the photos).The interior steel vessel is a singular piece (like a thermos) and has no seals that might potentially leak (the corners have a small radius - no weld points). There are no plastic parts that come into contact with the water. Even the underside of the lid is one solid piece of metal. NOTE: my unit had a plastic and metal mesh strainer attached on the inside, which was easily removed via the plastic notches.The exterior is a nicely finished, glossy plastic with a solid handle. Looks like it should hold up well.Heating times (starting with cold tap water to full boil):8m30s with cold water filled to the MAXIMUM line3m10s with cold water filled to the MINIMUM lineI have not owned the unit for very long, but based on the use I've had so far, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nicely designed, 100% no-plastic-contact with water, budget friendly electric kettle.

I bought this kettle a long time ago, and it’s still one of my favorite kitchen appliances. It heats water quickly and reliably every time. The design is simple but stylish, and it’s easy to use and clean. Even after months of daily use, it hasn’t shown any signs of wear or slowing down. Definitely worth the purchase if you want something durable and efficient.

It works very well. It’s fairly quick. This kettle requires respect for what it does which is boil water. I live alone and am not overly worried about burns but would be quite concerned if living with someone else who might touch it inadvertently. The metal is dangerously hot when used. I particularly would not recommend it around children. Update, after quite a bit of use, I’m impressed with the quality of the kettle. It heats quickly and operates flawlessly. It’s a pleasure to use.

I'm in love with this electric kettle. Its so easy to use! The water boils quickly, the kettle has an attractive sturdy build, and it holds more liquid a traditional kettle. A win-win in my book!
