Excellent belt. Im a wasit 30 to 32 inches and this is perfect for me. Ive had it for ages now and it still is a quality product that i can trust in to support me when enganging in heavy weight lifiting. Well worth the price you pay for it and the little scorpion print on it looks sweet aswell instead of thw usual logos

This belt combined with my Inov8 shoes have become an absolute necessity for leg and back day. If I could rate it six stars - I would!The Good- Constantly the same width around- Supportive, yet not too rigid- Durable and brilliantly made- It seems to fit perfectly on both myself and my partnerFlawless product. I adore it. I'm so glad I invested in a decent belt that will last. Works great as expected, quality material, feels really tough and durable, and after a good 2 months using this for Deadlifts and Squats, gives great support, and just what i needed.Recommend to anyone thinking of getting a lifting belt, reasonable price and does the job.I'm a 32 inch waist and I got a medium, fits nice and tight on the first set of holes, so I have the rest of the belt holes to use if I ever manage to bulk some more weight on:) If not, just wear a hoody to fill it out a little more.

The belt is top quality and as tough as they come, if your looking for a good powerlifting belt I would highly recommend this one, however....I would ask you to take a good look at the sizing as mine bearly fit.....I bought a large and I'm a 39 inch waist and I could only get it in the very last hole. You might want to order a size bigger than you need but its still top quality

Great belt, very sturdy and strong. Needs some breaking in as very solid when new. I would curl mine to it's tightest position and leave in my bag to get it more flexible. Purchased in June 2013 and still going strong just helped me achieve a PR of 165kg using the CUBE Method.I have a 32"-34" waist and decided to go with the large size just in case I ever wanted to bulk up, I used the second tighest notch, I can use the tightest but that's when I start to feel it's too tight.Overall a great belt /10.

Unfortunately however the medium was a bit larger than expected, my waist fluctuates a fair amount with training, etc, from 32 down to about 30 and it isn't tight enough for anything below 32 ,however, a great belt otherwise. EDIT: I've used it about 5 times and one of the metal pin things has popped out... Not too impressed

So this belt has now let me down. The leather has stretched at the buckle and now one of the prongs slips under strain. Worked well while it lasted. But it is now for the rubbish bin.Original review 3stars. very stiff even after months of use. Quality of the prongs for the buckle aren't great. But they do the job. Loses 1 star for being double pronged. So much cheaper than rivals though.

Amazing product, very sturdy!This is very useful if you decide to max out or if your lower back starts to feel sore during deadlifts as it helps create that intra abdominal pressure and help reduce stress on the spine.5/5 would buy again!...although, i'd like to mention something regarding the size. I'm a 32 waist so i decided to buy the large (32-39) which barely fit and had to make 2 additional holes in the belt (same distance as the original holes) yet it's still too large for me :/
