I have used the grounding mat myself for many months, starting when I had a really bad cold—It definitely shortened the length of that. Then I started using it through the night, and especially after I was recovering from a knee surgery. It helps promote healing and takes down inflammation. So then I thought I would use it on our 13 1/2 year-old beloved poodle, and it has worked wonders for her. No more meds, no more struggling to stand, and she can even walk down the block and back—which she could not do for quite a long time prior to using the mat! I am so happy that I purchased this mat. I love when I cannot go outside and ground that I can just plug it in and use while I am on the computer. I swear that I am sleeping better and feel better overall.
