Got this for my wisdom teeth removal, all four at once, two semi-impacted. This thing worked well and surprisingly fit well even with my giant head. Dental surgery is miserable regardless but ice at least made me feel like i was doing something about it. Only used it for about two days, but i liked it. not too cold, fabric was soft, nothing much else to say. sorry for my appearance but if you're reading this you'll probably be in the same position soon

Having had major jaw issues for years I’ve tired many ice packs. This is the best one without a doubt. It’s comfortable. Love that it comes with four inserts. I also love that it can be heated or chilled. It has lasted over four years with two major jaw surgeries, and a teen teenager, getting their wisdom teeth out.

Practical, but I have a small face and it was too big for me. Doesn’t stay in place if you have a small head

I was going to wait until I went to the dentis and get some operations done, so I bought it early. at the same time I had a tooth infection and got antibotics so I said, okay I will try these out, they are great and not that bad at all, my only complaint is they get warm a little to quick for me, maybe it's me going from a larger size to a smaller size ice packs, but it last 30 or so minutes, or maybe it is suppose to do that?I also realize the damped wet spot on them as well, I do not know if I am storing it right. do I store them just regularly until I want to use them out the freezer or do I put them in the freezer when I KNOW I will need them soon?If it is made to not sit in the freezer a lot I will put the last star back on.A- DesignB - UsageA - QualityThanks,
