For some reason, I've taken it upon myself to have about 10 cables at any one time. One for the phone, the table, the laptop, the watch, the earphones and so on. However, now I have the problem where they seem to be self replicating and taking over the drawer where I store them.I was using the cheap twist ties you get when you buy electronics, but after awhile they break or fall apart. The velcro ones were even worse because they wear out after a few weeks of constant use.I decided to get these reusable twist ties to make my life easier. I specifically wanted a brand that had more than one colour in the pack so my partner and I wouldn't argue about which cord belonged to whom, he has his colour, I have mine and the third is for community household items. I use these ties every single day, which is less a testament to their practicality/convenience and more an indictment on devices having too short a battery life *cough* I'm talking to you Apple.Buy these: make the draw neater, organise your bag/backpack, spend less time untying cable knots!

These come in so handy for so many things. I use these(all different lengths) for all kinds of projects that need to be held together temporarily. They have lasted for years outside in northwest weather and still look like and feel like new. Expensive but worth the money for so many uses.

These nite ize gear ties are the best ties, hands down! I've tried cheaper brands and always come back to these. There are a variety of sizes. I use the small ones for everything from tying bread loaf bags closed to keeping phone charging cords neat and prevent tangling. I use the 6" and 12" long ones for securing wound up extension and power cords keeping them neat and organized. They're easy to twist and untwist, and can be used over and over and over. They come in a variety of colors, or all black if you prefer.
