Love this book!
My daughter has enjoyed a lot of the food I've made from this book. Yes, most of the recipes take longer than 15 minutes, but I already knew this from making recipes that Joe has posted on Instagram. I work full time, so I usually just make a big batch of food on the weekend and freeze the rest to reheat on weekdays when I'm not able to cook after work. He wrote this book with the help of Charlotte Stirling-Reed, a Registered Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition who specializes in maternal and infant nutrition. For those who love in the US, you'll have to convert from metric measurements...I just put a cheat sheet in the front of the book for myself. Can't wait for his Family Recipes book to come out!
