Great taste.
I’ve only just started this. So can only comment on the taste, texture and amount. I can’t review weight loss- as yet. This powder tastes amazing, like a rich chocolate milkshake. I am using mine with almond milk and it tastes creamy. The powder mixes perfectly, just by putting it in my shaker bottle. A few shakes and it’s all mixed- no lumps. I will be doing two shakes a day with a low carb meal in the evening. It’s very filling. The zip bag I received was big and full to the top. It gives me lots of energy and keeps my hunger at bay- completely. It is the best tasting shake I’ve come across, although for some who are in the more advanced stages of Keto, it could be too sweet. Personally I like the sweetness. It will also help keep you ‘regular’.

Delicious AND keto friendly
At first I hesitated a bit because of the price but I am genuinely impressed with this product. I’ve been keto (sugar free and carb free) for 6 weeks now and was put off by some of the reviews that said the shake is too sweet. But I’m so glad I gave it a try because it is absolutely delicious and for me, the flavour/sweetness is just right. It definitely won’t knock you out of ketosis (which can happen with some “keto friendly” products).I have 1 scoop of powder blended with 1 cup (250ml) of almond milk and a tablespoon of heavy cream as a meal replacement and/or a post-workout snack. It’s so chocolatey it feels like a treat but it’s actually packed full of nutrients. Some reviews complained of receiving a huge tub that was only half full of powder but the company appears to have heeded their feedback because I received a large ziplock bag that was full of powder (scoop included).Highly recommend this product, interested in trying the other flavours!

As expected
Taste ok … have one for breakfast every morning within half an hour of waking … then have half an hour light cardio … does what it says

OK but not an ideal Keto product in my view.
Mixed feelings about this. The macro balance is wrong for a proper keto diet. While it is indeed low carb, it is only moderate in fat and very high in protein. You'll get the best part of half your daily protein from a two scoop serving. Just something to bear in mind.Really, it's a sugar free protein drink jumping on the Keto bandwagon. It is very (artificially) sweet. The most successful periods in my keto diet have been when I've avoided sweetened things as far as possible. This type of shake will taste very sickly sweet when you're fully fat adapted. You'll notice you're in that stage when suddenly things like raspberries start tasting sweet and intense, it's a great experience if you are willing to get there. This drink will also risk triggering sweet/sugar cravings that make it hard to stick to Keto as this will ultimately increase your propensity to snack. All that said, it's not unpleasant to drink, the calories are fine for this type of drink, and it's easy to make.

Creamy!
I made this up with 1/3 milk as I was worried it would be too watery. Shouldn’t have worried. It is a little too sweet but at least this could be used as a desert.Given the added nutrients I think this is good value.Would welcome a fruity flavour and something a little less sweet.Update: mixes well with yoghurt. As a shake a little too sweet but with yoghurt and whipped cream it’s a great dessert!

Keto Shake Protein Shake
I started having this for my breakfast as I changed jobs from working late hours to early starts. This is great for that reason. At 5 and 6am I'm sleep walking into work and I don't eat until I'm up for a few hours. This shake mix works a treat. I sometimes mix it the night before so it's ready to grab as I go. I mix mine with 300 ml of oat milk and 2 level scoops. Thickens just right, enough to keep my hunger off until lunch break. Taste great too, it doesn't have that medicine, tinny taste that some protein shakes have. I enjoy this and have done so for 6 months or so, I also find it a great value for money. I would recommend...

Really good
The flavour of the chocolate is chocolate, it is sweet but I got used to it quickly. It is the correct consistency that I would expect from a normal milkshake, I'll need to wait to decide value for money. I trawled through lots of reviews for a keto shake believing they all taste like plastic according to folks, so took a stab and I can tell you it's not an artificial taste, it actually tastes like chocolate, bit sweet but that is what I'm missing from the keto diet, doesn't taste unnatural to me at all, will see how it fares in the value stakes, if OK I will definitely buy again.

Not bad, actually.
Comes in a big tub, there's a plastic scoop included.Tastes like a cheap yazoo milkshake. it's not bad at all.I would say The milk you use would be the defining factor of taste, for example i only just switched from normal milk to unsweetened coconut milk. I find the coconut milk creamy, but has a less than nice aftertaste. i find unsweetened soy milk even worse (and watery) and that transfers over to the taste of this shake mix. It seems fine with cows milk, but taste is obviously subjective and your mileage may vary.Drinking this shake is a little weird, it kinda.. sticks to the back of the throat a little as i'm chugging it down (like, gulping the whole shake as fast as i can. if i was sipping, it would probably be fine.)I use a blender to mix the coconut milk with it, but the powder is like a very fine dust. So it's as if it's not being dissolved fully into the milk and has a very slightly grainy texture going down.I looked at a few other (very expensive in comparison) shake mixtures, and the ingredients/nutritional information on this shake mix were very similar to those high-end ones. (lots of protein, very little carbs, added vitamins, etc)and I've been told that the addition of MCT Oil is very important and many other shake mixes neglect to add that so that's a plus. (it was absent from some of the other shake mixes i looked at)Overall this stuff's pretty good for what it is and how much you get for how much it costs. Good value for money in my opinion.
