I'm a happy customer, I've tried all the big name battery companies. I mean every single one. I've been disappointed and disillusioned with their products. I found Starkey batteries and felt like I had noticed to lose. They last twice as long as the big name batteries at a reasonable price. After repeat reorders,I've experienced zero duds, meaning every battery has lasted at least 3 days.No other battery has come close as far as reliability and quality. I have confidence when I place an order for Starkey batteries that every single battery will perform as promised. 10 times more reliable than Duracell.

The batteries are still good, but they changed the packaging, and it is extremely difficult to get the batteries out I wish they would go back to their old packaging

I like this product since I found the exact same kind online as given to me by my audiologist. The same company makes them and cheaper online than I used to pay at the doctor's office. I thought that I was getting a good deal before but now know that I was paying more in person. I will continue to use this company, Hearpro, as long as needed due to my really good experience with the batteries.

I bought these batteries for my mommas hearing aide. The batteries do not last as advertised and the package was hard for a 50 year old to open much less a 90 year old . I found another brand and they come in a little plastic carrying cases and have tabs for easy removal but the case on the energizer batteries is so much easier to open and they last longer . This brand is what the dr office suggested but apparently they've never tried these .

What i like best about Hearpro is they are always friendly, they ship quickly and I can buy batteries in bulk which saves me te run around. Being a small business owner myself it's important to me to be able to support my fellow small businesses. Thank you Hearpro!!

These are packaged in the same child proof packaging that my last 312 batteries order came from Rayovac on Amazon. At least the previous company declared child proof packaging on their listing. This one does not state it. I am totally annoyed, because my previous order was impossible to open with cutting clippers and pliers. Do not buy these!52 years building houses and I have to deal with this stupidity in packaging? I resorted to drilling out 6 points on each unit.

This was the brand my hearing aid provider gave me and I was quite satisfied with the 6-7 day battery life. When it came time to buy new batteries I made the mistake of buying the somewhat cheaper Duracell batteries. I quickly realized that hearing aid batteries aren't all the same: the Duracell would only last 3 days at most. I'm back to happily using the Starkey batteries.

I like this product because I found the exact same kind online as given to me by my husband’s audiologist. I also love the small box that goes with the chain holder to be able to have extra batteries. I will continue to use this company.
