A Truly Wonderful Sound-Moving Cable by SEBSON...
Okay. By now you know I love me a really good cable - who else would sit down and write a hundred words on a bit of wire.I got quite the splendid gift from my mother for Chrimbo this year. Does anyone remember the term "music centre"? Yes? No? Well it's one of those but a modern one, in that it boasts: Record deck, CD, TF, SD and USB slots, a side mounted cassette deck, FM radio, aaaaannnnddd Bluetooth. Aha! Big prize there.Well, again if you know my reviews, any "speakers" or "headphones" supplied with such kit are ALWAYS crap. Always get your own good ones somewhere and keep hold of them. For my 2x2 four-speaker not-quite-surround system in the room I am confined to most of the time (disabled badly), I've had two powered/amplified SoundBlaster speakers. I love em, so I keep em going until they play their last note!So it was that I required a new cable, and for this craving I turned to Sebson's 0.5m Phono/RCA audio cable two male to two male plugs. These just scream quality. Their advert on Amazon says (quote):"Stable sound without noise and signal interference, thanks to the gold-plated RCA plugs. Secure and stable hold ensured by the metal housing, PVC coating, and bend protection for extended durability."And you know what? They're not joking or trying to fluster you, once I tried them, I got such lovely, clean sound from the "entertainment ensemble" that I was most impressed. I would totally unreservedly recommend these cables to anyone looking for quality unblemished sound transfer! Check out the image to see how the thing all fits together. These cables have become a vital part of the setup now! Bang on! Excellent cables - and they come in all sizes....

Sebson Phono Cables
I have recent built up an old 1990s HiFi,and wanted to connect the units with some good quality phono cables. I picked Sebson to do the job,and boy oh boy, they deliver. The cables are very well made, and look the part. If they made TosLink cables,I would fit them. Thanks Sebson

It does the job very well
A short interconnect between tuner and amp. Very adequate

Excellent value. Much better than the cheap/free ones from a quality perspective
Reviewed March 2024:I claim to be a bit of an 'audiophile on a budget'! I've 2 pretty decent stereo set ups (in different rooms) that would have been highly reviewed 15-20 years ago. (meaning I'm a cheapskate who wants quality).Used this to hook the CD to my amplifier, they are stacked on top of each other and don't need any kind of length to connect them. I used a cheap interconnect in the short term thats in my box of misc cables, but replaced with these.Looks and feels well made. The plugs fit onto the connectors perfectly well, they are clearly colour coded and they work. Are they better, I'm not sure how much is in my head vs reality, and without any subjective way to test, I think so.If I need more, I'd buy again.

Great Quality - Audiophiles Look Away!
This was a great quality, great build cable for the price - obviously cables are cables and there's always a call to be delicate with them, especially where the cable joins the interconnect. I've never had a cable fail in my possession, even the cheapest of the cheapest. So can't comment on more fierce wear and tear.In my situation this was for a permanent installation - the cable isn't going to be moving after it's in place. As for quality, I'm afraid to say that I can't hear any difference between this and my cheaper cables - nor is there any difference between this and my more expensive QED cables. I'm not an audiophile but the equipment in question would definitely reveal any noticeable sound issues. And the equipment will also be the factor moreso than the cable itself. Cables are a big industry and don't get sucked into spending more than you need. The bottom line is unless you're using equipment in the thousands of £ range, I'm sure this cable will suffice! It doesn't say anything about having an OFC conductor but again, in this price bracket and for this length (10m) I doubt in 'real world' terms it's going to matter.

Decent and good fit. Used with an flx4 and dd40s and also for recording vinyl. No issues

Neat and well made
Well made cost sensitive connectorsI’m not a HiFi expert- obviously so I can’t compare these to other connectors sound quality wise but they do the job for a return to vinyl set up
