Works well.
I purchased this mostly because it was a good price at the time (only $25). I had contemplated going with an antenna that boasts over 1000 miles but after reading reviews online the best ones only go 60 to 75 miles. I still don't understand the discrepancy. I set this Mohu antenna up inside thinking that i could also go outside if need be. Inside i get 55 crystal clear channels. A better picture than watching tv on Spectrum. Monday night football came in so good on this Mohu. Not sure if I will move it outside but this antenna has exceeded my expectations already.

Great reception!
Installed this for my mom in rural Nova Scotia. The previous antenna struggled with VHF channel 8.1 from Prince Edward Island. This MoHu sail antenna picks it up without issue. Highly recommend! I have one in my attic in Oklahoma City, and it also works great.

Mixed feelings
I have distinct opinions regarding this mohu. I bought this same exact model, used previously. For a second time. I guess that says something. The first time I bought it from a National/ local brick and mortar Electronics retailer. I can't say names on this platform. When I bought the first one, it was the newest and best technology. And it was substantially more expensive.(the most expensive) The technology has gotten worse not better with antennas and TVs receptions, not better. No duh. And the technology has gotten more expensive for Less. No duh. So therefore I purchased the same unit again this time from Amazon. As old at a good price. My experience tells me that the receiver,.. the tuner matters more than the antenna. I live 8 Miles Away from my local broadcast antennas. The continual five purchases at Wally World Mart with antennas that were indoor. panel. multidirectional. Globes. exterior mounted ....Etc while ascending range in miles stated and powered amplification,,, and db gain.....for locals to far aways didn't seem to make a difference while I continued to buy, install, test, do returns, and rinse and repeat. For longer range more powerful and Amplified antennas. I am most certainly not advocating for Wally World.. I continued to do more research on what I needed, problems, exact GPS coordinates for my local stations. Broadcasting Towers wattage output. Etc. Directional antennas, Omni directional antennas, Etc. In the end..... the quality of the receiving tuner matttered VASTLY more than the antenna. Dish network over the air reception tuner sucks balls. It overheats and doesn't receive. You could literally wrap a piece of tin foil on your wisdom tooth and a seashell in your ear , and receive better reception and save the money. This platform used to sell a over-the-air DVR tuner. It's no longer available. The tuner in that unit might be worth less less than the China price Dish Network. Paid for their tuner that China company outsourced to Malaysia ebony for manufacturer of theirs. If that says anything. The OTA tuner DVR is discontinued now bye this platform. I still have mine and it does work, I think they're going to discontinue updates in 2025 or 2026. Which brings me back to antenna. Quality of receiver matters more than antenna. This is my experience. My Samsung TVs plural and my Philips tertiary TV all receive impeccable highest strength single with my antenna. I get 99 channels o t a far away as Chicago Illinois and Louisville Kentucky I live in Indianapolis. I don't need eight variations of CW. I don't need 15 QVC overpriced shop at home channels. It's a thing now. But I can tell you my signal is correct. I actually get my CBS which traded places with a low wattage CW in wrong direction of everything else. out of Market. 40 Mi away. I would actually describe them as a public access radio station providing major national network on low wattage in the wrong direction. Maybe they are appealing to the college students in Bloomington Indiana. So, now do the details. I upgraded the provided cables on the mohu sail to actual correct RG6 braided shielded Etc. I discarded.. now I use it on other employee device the provided amplification device. I bought a Winegard brand pre and post amplifier units. Kit. I don't need their stupid app which cost a lot more. I know my GPS coordinates . They do antennas. Long time. I bought more things. But that's my nature to mitigate dumbness. I hope my experience helps all of those in Indianapolis that don't get CBS. It's a network thing a money thing. I hope I helped others that were considering purchase of various things. Is it good outdoor antenna. I chose to replace some components of it. Cables and amplifiers. I bought it a second time now though. There are better old school components out there look at Winegard about their exterior roof top antennas. Super old school from like '80s technology. It would do better than the mohu sail. But I will start first with doing an antenna scan on your TV and whichever device if you have one that provides outside. A piece of tin foil and old rabbit ears works better than some of these ding dong things being sold currently

No complaints, easy installation
Works as intended, I installed it near a window, taped it to the wall, and gave me all the channels I was expecting when I entered my zip code in Mohu's "gomohu.com/tv-for-free.html".

I'd make the above zero, but maybe some of the parts will be useful.
My rabbit ears (Amazon) will pickup anything within 25 miles. A set of these is $15.50 on Amazon. As I am keeping that part of things that might be useful in the future i'm not seeking a refund from Amazon for this supposed high power antenna.Tests I made show that the booster is defective and does not either lower or raise signal levels.Maybe I've done something wrong with the equipment, but as this equipment used to sell for $59 dollars, it did make me wonder why it suddenly sold for $ half that price. Personally I'd stay away from any sort of "antenna" that requires boosters to function in the first place.Connected to my TV I got exactly one channel. This being the strongest of available channels to me.When I reconnected to my rabbit ears I got back all the regular channels with the exception of the PBS. That one had massive problems. Turns out it was the Sail just sitting next to the TV all by itself except for the length of coax fastened to it.Well I wasted $25 on a piece of junk that is only going to the trash man, not back to Amazon as I've been sending back "lemons" to the point that I'd rather stay in graces with them.Jerome Bigge here in Michigan

Third Mohu device so far.
Third so far. Great products, and we haven't needed to fiddle or shop around.

Works better than the Mohu Leaf
I originally ordered the Mohu Leaf and got 42 channels with it placed in a window. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get my ABC station that was about 50 miles away. I swapped it out with the Mohu Sail and received 65 channels with the ABC channel I was looking for. Very pleased that all I had to do was set it on top of a tall cabinet to get this great reception.

More expensive for nothing
I have a roughly 10 year old amplified version mohu leaf antenna that works equally as well as this one.
