I use these to alleviate Achilles tendinitis issues rather than for plantar fasciitis as designed.I find just the small heel lift in sneakers and shoes serves two purposes, it stops the stretching on the tendon, but it also prevents my shoes from hitting my heel where the tendon is sore.I find the fit comfortable - I buy the smallest size available in anything and have size 5.5-6 feet, I like the padding and I can add them to any shoe with a flat insole: I don’t find them too thick and even have them inside my rain boots for gardening. They don’t seem to slide around for me so I don’t think they need to adhere to the shoe:Only one pair seems to have had created a noticeable ridge between the insert and the sole which was a little uncomfortable for a day or two but it soon bedded in.These are cheaper than another brand that I first purchased and I haven’t noticed a difference in functionality.The padding is great and I have worn them to walk around race tracks all day which usually involves concrete, asphalt and grass, so the stability in my shoes seems to be fine.

I've had heavy heal pain for a few months now and figured I'd give this a try. I work on my feet two days a week for about 5-6 hrs each day. Seems silly to have this much pain.They work fine. Cut the pain in half. Not perfect but with ice it's reasonable. Only downfall is the side fabric started to roll up and tuck under the arch. New pain unlocked. I'm gonna try a few different brands and see what works best for my body.

I was skeptical because of the price, but these are AMAZING! I don't know what's wrong with my feet, but I've been living with persistent pain for a while. These are so great! I'm going to order a couple more pairs so I can keep them in different shoes! The only thing that's a little annoying is that they do slide forward when you put on slip-on shoes, so you need to hold them while putting on. Obviously not a deal breaker!

Undiagnosed plantar fasciitis - first day at work with these in my athletic shoes - no heel pain for 3 hours, then pain began, but not as bad as it would have been without the inserts. If today's experience is different I'll edit the review.The women's are a little narrow for my Sketchers. I may try a men's version and see if they fit my shoes better.

I used one pair of these soles to do a DIY “repair” on my thrifted Frye boots, since the insoles were peeling up and revealing the hard outer heel. They were becoming difficult to walk in, but with these insoles I can walk in them for hours and feel extremely supported and comfortable. I’ve worn these inserts for a few weeks now, and they haven’t slipped around at all, so I’d say the adhesive is pretty solid. The size worked just fine for me, a 6, which I believe is the lowest end of the size range. Although I don’t have a point of comparison, these feel like high-quality inserts, offering me support throughout the day and allowing me to walk more than I could before. I can’t even tell they’re there. I used the other pair of inserts on a pair of Doc Marten 1460 boots for a similar reason—they were a little loose I guess so the friction caused my heel to wear away at the insole. They’re a little tight with the inserts now, but still supportive and comfortable.

These worked great! My plantar fasciitis went away after wearing them. I ordered them to wear temporarily until my podiatrist measured me for custom insoles (for $300). However, these did the trick and I never went to order the custom ones. These are definitely worth giving them a try.

These insoles provide excellent cushioning and arch support—my heel pain from plantar fasciitis has noticeably improved since I started using them. They fit well in most of my shoes and are comfortable for all-day wear. My only complaint is that they tend to slide around a bit inside the shoe, so I have to readjust them from time to time. If they stayed in place better, they’d be perfect. Still, a solid choice for anyone needing extra heel and arch support.
