This poster is great! Easy to read, many exercises shown. Laminated nicely, I used double sided gorilla tape and hung it on my basement wall.

Good workout guide
i joined my community rec center. It is simple and doesn't have much equipment. It has a nice cable system and dumbbells. I carry the poster and use it as a guide to hit muscle parts. It has helped me

So great for home gym
I love this chart!! Now that I am working out at home without all the different machines that break down these exercises at the gym, I wanted an easy way to learn. These are straight forward and so helpful! Excercises are broken down into: Upper body/Core/Back/Lower body. It then shows how to perform each exercise and what muscles they work. The poster is large and easy to see and laminated to hold up. It does come rolled up but the paper has different ways to flatten out!
