Soup maker keeps failing
I rarely write reviews but I just love this soup maker. My sister in law gave me one in England and when I left I found the same thing in the USA. This quickly makes super healthy soups. You just spray a little oil in the bottom to avoid sticking, chop the veggies - even the outside leaves etc - up to a well defined level, then add water or stock (warm water I find works best, with a teaspoon of concentrated vegetable stock) to the next level, close the lid, turn it on and listen to it heating up and liquidizing the best tasting and healthiest soup you can make. Cauliflower, carrot, turnip, kale, onion, mushroom, potato, tomato, celery, asparagus - anything and everything. I add a tablespoon of organic ketchup sometimes to give it something extra. Or Worcestershire sauce. And you can add a dollop of yoghourt into the hot soup as you serve it. As you can tell, I am very very devoted to this essential piece of kitchen equipment. Now this is an update. I still (almost) love the soup maker, but I have had aproblem since I bought it. It would turn off part way through, with no indication as to why. I would jiggle the cord and it would turn back on again. So I did not complain. However, now it has become much more of a problem, as it turns off more often and a jiggle will not solve it. Sometimes it has to start all over again. Most annoying. It is almost ready to be thrown out.

Awesome!
I just love homemade soup but for me to make it for one person is a chore. I end up with soup for 3 daysnot to mention that which ended up in the freezer. Figured I'd give this soup maker a whirl. Since I have a small garden there's usually too many tomatoes to use and not enough to can. Today, first time out of the box, I threw in about 6 chopped tomatoes-skin and all, a few garlic cloves, a chopped onion, some basil, seasoned salt, fresh ground pepper, a couple of blow torched Italian peppers, a little o.ive oil for richness and a small can of V8 Juice. Followed the directions and 30 minutes later I had the freshest, tastiest tomato soup. Added a bit of cream to lighten it, a dab of butter and sour cream on top and I was in heaven! If you like soup, are single or a pair, this is the gadget to get now winter is setting in! Ham and potato is my next venture.

I'm loving it ❤❤❤
I searched high and low for a good soup maker with a affordable price range for quite a while. I finally found this 7 in 1 Simple Living soup maker and it change my life! The size of the maker is perfect. Not bulky not too small. Make enough for family of 4 or 5. Easy to clean and store away. I like the fact that is stainless steel. The program functions are not complicated. Simply select what you want to make and it is done perfectly within 20 to 30 minutes.I use it to make soup, porridge and nut milk regularly. A good investment and a good practical kitchen helper. Now, I can't live without it!!

Happy then NOT happy!
We bought this in April of 2021 and it arrived on the 3rd. We absolutely loved it although cleaning is a little labor intensive. We have used it a LOT! We have gotten used to having soups in only a few minutes and it has spoiled us.But now in early June of 2021, it suddenly stopped working. It seems the select button will not change to any other option than "chunky. It won't puree and this leaves all the ingredients in chunks, which is not what we wanted. We've tried cleaning the contacts, sealing surfaces and everything else we can think of to no avail. It simply refuses to work. The sad part is that we are just over the 30 day limit to return it. Mom suggests we just buy a new one but I'm saying that the $100 give or take price is too much to be spending ever two months. I really don't feel like taking another chance on a new one. I don't know...

Product had good features but needs slight adjustments and improvements.
I didn't like the fact that you have to hold the blend setting for the entire time it's blending. I truly appreciate that the other settings are presets and you just push the button one time.

My favorite new thing
This soup maker is so easy to use and does a great job! It has hot or cold options, as well as chunky or smooth. We have only ever used it for smooth hot soup. It makes perfectly smooth soup in 30 minutes. If I would change anything, it would be to add a feature to keep the soup warm, so it could be set to cook ahead of time. After about 4 months use, we did have a problem with an error message in the display. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and even followed up with me to make sure everything was ok. We’re very happy with our purchase.

Love the machine
Bought it a year ago and its working perfect. We use it at least once a week. We absolutely love it. My only ask from manufacturer is to add some plastic protector to these screws, because it is a pain to clean it afterwards. Food sticks in between and it takes too much time to clean
