Love these for breakfast
These oats are great. Very easy to use for my overnight oats. If you are on a strict diet that allows whole grains grab these. They are cheap and healthy. Very versatile as well. You can have them cold or hot. Mix in some yogurt for protein, fresh fruit, cinnamon, vanilla. All make for a healthy tasty meal. Can also be used as a binder for ground chicken or turkey
