The egg whites are in specialized refrigerated packing designed to allow the egg whites to thaw slowly. The egg whites are still good for 8-10 days after they leave the warehouse. Once you receive your package, please refrigerate or freeze when you arrive home. The egg whites may be partially frozen, completely thawed or even somewhat lukewarm, which is fine. They DO need to be completely thawed before you can use them. If they are still frozen when you get them, you can set one in your sink for a few hours or overnight to thaw. Then shake well and place in your refrigerator. They will stay good for 90 to 120 days in your refrigerator. If they do arrive completely thawed or seem warm, shake well and refrigerate at once. Do not open for 24 hours. They can be refrozen if you are not going to use them right away. Always smell before using. As long as they are odorless, they will be fit for consumption after being placed in the refrigerator for 24 hours, or frozen for future use. Further handling instructions will be included in the box.

What's the difference between this product and egg whites I can buy much cheaper at the grocery store?

Same as egg whites you would buy in a carton at the store. Both are pasteurized, so no chance of either being contaminated. Just more money because of the way it's marketed.

Could you cook these up like scrambled eggs ?

Yes you can I have done it many times and it really tastes great

Can I mix this with my protein powder and milk?

I used just the egg white and protein powder. I don't see why milk would hurt. But yeah I drank it sometimes.
