I received this book from my sponsor when I wrote and shared my Step 4 and 5 for the first time. It is very touching. I purchased one for each of my three adult children, and when I work steps with a sponsee, I will give one to her. I recommend the hard cover edition, as it is more durable.

I like the story, the illustrations, and the script.

I only recently became aware of this author/artist and marveled at the artwork and inspiring story. I ordered one for myself and another for a dear friend. This book is so poignant and relevant for all of our lives in today's world. The simple story of a boy, his friends a mole, fox and horse, traveling through life together. I can open this book to any page, on any random day, and find meaning and a degree of comfort from what I see on that page. You do not have to be an animal lover to appreciate the wisdom found on these pages. I highly recommend this book to young and old alike.

I bought this book for a friend who works with horses, and who has a little girl. The drawings are incredibly beautiful, and the text is soothing. It will definitely be a classic some day. I loved going through the book before I sent it, and found myself missing it once it was gone. I've just purchased my second copy, and this one is going into my bookshelves, where I can choose to lose myself in their story, any time! If you like quietly beautiful books, you'll love this one.

Wish I could give this book ten stars! I love it. It’s my new coffee table book. Every visitor is just drawn to it and sits down to read it cover to cover. I even ordered a shirt depicting the boy and the mole. I reread it when I’m feeling a bit blue as it always lifts and renews my spirit.

Delightful for every age. Got this for my grandson of ten years old and read it before I sent it off. The font or script was easy to read after the first page or two. The illustrations we're sweet in their simplicity as well as the stories. I enjoyed it immensely and would recommend it as an easy read and re-readable.
