Price and quality is great
I’ve had a great experience with Anycubic PLA filament. It prints very smoothly and consistently, with nice, clean layers and strong results. The filament feeds well with no tangling or clogging, and the colors look great once printed. It works perfectly for everyday projects, from simple prints to more detailed ones. For the quality and price, this filament is definitely worth it and something I’d buy again.

Smooth and Accurate for My Husband's 3D Prints, Minimal Stringing
My husband relies on 3D printing for his work prototypes, so I stocked up on the ANYCUBIC PLA 3D Printer Filament—1.75mm with Dimensional Accuracy—for his projects, and the precision has led to consistent, high-quality results after several spools. Product Details: This PLA filament is engineered for 1.75mm printers, boasting tight dimensional accuracy of +/- 0.02mm to ensure even extrusion and reduce clogs. It's vacuum-sealed with desiccants for freshness, and the standard 1kg spool unwinds smoothly without tangles, making it user-friendly for extended prints. Performance and Printing: He praises the flow—prints come out with clean layers, vibrant colors, and little to no stringing or warping when bed temperatures are set right (around 60°C). The material is forgiving for beginners but reliable for detailed work, producing strong, matte-finish parts that hold up to handling. We've used it for functional prototypes without failures. Ease of Use and Value: Loads easily into his printer, and the accuracy minimizes calibration tweaks, saving time. The PLA is eco-friendlier than ABS, with low odor during printing, and the spool size offers good value for hobbyists or pros. Pros: Precise +/- 0.02mm accuracy for jam-free, detailed prints. Smooth extrusion with minimal defects like stringing. Vacuum packaging keeps filament dry and ready. Affordable PLA for consistent quality. Cons: Can be brittle if over-extruded; requires proper settings. Limited color options in basic packs. Final Thoughts: This ANYCUBIC PLA filament is a dependable choice for my husband's 3D printing needs, delivering accurate and smooth performance that boosts productivity. I'd recommend it to anyone seeking reliable filament for professional or home use.

Good filament
Really good green filament. I would say that it responds like any filament however I did have five cross threads which caused the print to fail. It adheres great to the print bed and seems to handle heat. Looks pretty good

Beware - reusable spool may not be locked
Would have been an awesome price for a great filament. Except I didn't verify the spool halves were locked when I put the spool in the machine. Made it about 5 meters into the spool before the halves came apart and birds nested the entire spool on my machine. Things happen and the filament prints great - will keep ordering Anycubic but will remember to check the spools before loading.

Not consistent in diameter. Very wavy not straight. UPDATED!
I received a replacement roll that is of a much better quality than the previous batch and I am not seeing the inconsistent waves that I saw in the other batch. This is a very good quality roll and is working well for my prints as I have been using it for several of my larger models and am not updating this review. Very happy. (Super disappointed with this roll. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt by using some up and hoping it would get better father in to the roll. this filament is permanently twisted and will not straighten out. Smells like it's contaminated with water. Extremely poor quality that I cannot recommend.)

GREAT Filament
As an avid 3D printing enthusiast, I’ve tried numerous brands of PLA, but Anycubic’s Black PLA consistently stands out in terms of performance, print quality, and ease of use. Here’s why it’s become my preferred filament for a wide range of projects: Print Quality: The smoothness of this PLA is incredible, delivering prints with sharp detail and minimal layer lines. Even at high-speed settings, the finish remains impressively clean. I’ve used it for everything from intricate model figures to large mechanical parts, and the surface quality remains top-notch, with no need for excessive post-processing. Ease of Use: One of the standout features of Anycubic Black PLA is its ability to print reliably across various temperature settings. With a consistent flow, clogging or filament jamming has never been an issue, even on extended prints. The filament adheres well to my PEI-coated build plate without the need for additional adhesives, ensuring a hassle-free setup. Durability and Flexibility: While PLA is typically less durable than ABS or PETG, I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy the prints feel. Anycubic’s formulation seems to strike a perfect balance between rigidity and slight flexibility, which is ideal for functional parts like prototypes and everyday-use objects. Aesthetic Finish: The deep black color has a rich, matte finish that adds a premium look to every print. Whether it’s for functional parts or display models, the sleek appearance of this filament enhances the overall aesthetic without any fading or dullness after printing. Value for Money: Given the high-quality output and reliability, this filament is reasonably priced. It performs on par with more expensive brands, making it a great option for hobbyists and professionals alike who need a dependable filament for regular use. Minor Drawback: The only slight downside is that, like most PLA filaments, it can be sensitive to humidity. I recommend keeping it sealed in a dry box or using desiccant packs to maintain optimal performance. Overall, Anycubic’s Black PLA has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. It’s a solid choice for those looking for a filament that delivers reliable, high-quality prints without breaking the bank. Highly recommended for any level of 3D printing enthusiast! This review balances technical insights with practical user experiences, showcasing your knowledge while being accessible to both beginners and advanced users.
