Perfect for what I needed, the old table lamp fitting had snapped, presumably one of our cats knocked it off the table and the damage wasn’t noticed.Took the lamp apart and gambled this would work, it was perfect for the job, table lamp now fixed and stronger than ever.10mm threaded entry to the switch so a 10mm threaded bar fitted perfectly into it, the switch works as it should, if you can wire a plug fitting you can wire this exactly the same, the fitting just works

Exactly as Described, Perfect Replacement
Bought this to repair an old lamp with a brass switch that had stopped working. Removed the old fitting and easily replaced it with this one. The terminal screws were sound and the threaded collars all fitted and tightened correctly. Quality item that has brought an old lamp back to life.

Good product
Good product but didn’t suit my need for fitting to a wooden base the bottom mount was too big in diameter for the predrilled hole in the base.So I returned and got a refund easily done but cost of postage was deducted from the original cost.
