Prayer: Your Foundation for Success Paperback – May 1, 2012

I found this in a pile of my mother's books and my God (literally) is it good. I grew up listening to KC because of my mom but had never read this book until I came across it during a fast. All I can say is that it has developed my understanding of prayer and how to use it both as a tool and a weapon. Loved it so much I bought for my young adult daughters. An easy interesting read applicable to anyone who desires relationship (not religion) with God.Yes, I'm talking to YOU...add it to your cart and be prepared to go deeper in your understanding.You're welcome!

I bought this book because my prayer life is too shallow and I want to know how God wants us to pray; specifically. I know we’re to claim His promises for every situation that arises and stand on His word. This is a great book for learning how to do that! Not only are there specific prayers in the book that he and Gloria have thought out and used but the explanation and encouragement scripturally. This book will give you confidence in your prayer life instead of wondering if you forgot something, like I do – You have not because you ask amiss.Since you can't 'look inside the book' here are the chapters: Prayer Secrets, Praying for Results, The Battlefield of prayer, Prayer that Changes Things (the prayer of Agreement – Binding and Loosing – the prayer of Petition and Supplication & United prayer), Intercessory prayer, Kinds of prayer, Fasting and prayer, Hindrances to prayer, A Deeper life in prayer and Prayers; a chapter dedicated to prayers for different situations. The book is only about 120 pages and no words are wasted or repeated. Kenneth and Gloria Copeland are prayer warriors and I have every confidence that anyone who practices these teachings will walk in victory over their circumstances. It really is helping me settle into a prayer life with confidence.

Absolutely amazing! This book is an easy read and speaks of biblical principles that invokes you to draw closer to Jesus Christ!

I know it's God who never lets us down, but he uses Kenneth Copeland and his ministry to help us all grow closer to the Lord. I love everything I have by the Copelands. Thank you Kenneth & Gloria...as well as your grandson and your daughter who also teach in an easy to understanding way.

If you want to know about prayer - this is your book. It is excellent and very informative with great prayers at the end of book.

Not what I expected.

From What I heard, Its a Lovely Book, but due to the incompetency of "Monster Books", I never got a copy, they just just took a decision to refund monies I had already paid back to me without any consultation. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY BOOK FROM MONSTER BOOKS EVER!THANK YOU.

This is a very excellent book - one every Christian should read. Kenneth Copeland gives sound biblical teaching on the different kinds of prayer and how praying the scriptures is essential to receiving success. I am delighted with this book thank you

Praise God for great Christian minsters that write books. A thorough guide to prayer, it has helped me obtain good scriptures and increased my prayer time.Very worthwhile book for immediate use.
