delightful book
I found this book when I started to question “what is love?”. There were some things that I already knew, but it is great to have some reinforcement. This is a must read for any couples looking to grow their relationship. The book is heterosexual based, though, so some things did not apply to my relationship. Lovely book.

Accessible and Profound at the Same Time
I was already a big fan of Monica’s blog and first book (Fear Is Not an Option), so I had high expectations for Rethink Love. And I’m thrilled to say, not only did this book truly, truly knock it out of the park in terms of my expectations, but reading it also took me on a journey-and-a-half (in the best way!) and completely exposed—and transformed—a lot of negative, subconscious beliefs about love and relationships that I didn’t even realize I had. Monica’s writing interweaves the latest research in psychology with Kabbalistic parables, amusing anecdotes (from her own marriage and the people she's coached) and practical exercises—a narrative style which, taken as a whole, is a remarkably successful recipe for getting you to see through the nonsense and stories you tell yourself about what/who you want, and make impactful, committed change. Don’t get me wrong; there’s a lot to unpack here (and I don’t think I’m anywhere near done unpacking it all yet, let alone applying it). But unlike a lot of self-help books that feel more rooted in fantasy routines you’ll never adhere to, Rethink Love creates seismic shifts in how your brain approaches love as a concept, and I’ve found the tough, behavioral changes I could never make (ditching the dating app addiction, being realistic about what I’m looking for in a partner) effortless after all the deep revelations this book brought me so far. Can’t wait for a second (and third) read to unearth more!

Understand love in a new way
This book has shown me the importance of strengthening my relationship with myself before even looking for a relationship with others. This has explained the many hardships I went through when I looked for validation and love from others when I was not giving it to myself. If you are in a relationship or not yet in one, you must read this. I live and use the advice in this book every single day. You are honestly lucky if you get to read it. Thank you Monica for the inspiring and helpful words.

Rethink Love by Monica Berg
Rethink Love was an amazing book by the author of Fear Is Not an Option by Monica Berg . When I finished reading I went back and revisited the pages with even more of a learning experience to a new opening in myself . From all walks of life the reader will emrace the words of Buddha, Gandhi, Nietzsche, Oscar Wilde, Steve Jobs, Michael Berg , and countless , timeless souls that I travelled with and explored the opportunities presented to me in every phase of my relationships. Rich in substance Rethink Love is written with grace and meaning . A great gift to friends so they can radiate love for themselves .

I came across this book as a suggested item and I am so glad I purchased it. This book has changed the way I view relationships and how I handle myself in them. Monica offers incredible insights that would benefit anyone that picks up the book. I have recommended Rethink Love to many people now and will gift this book to so many newlyweds moving forward.
