First off....packaged arrived with no hardware. Sent email requesting company send them (and included original order number along with picture of order confirmation with full name and address). Their response: what was your order number? Respond back with order number in email thread and they respond back....ooops sorry, we meant shipping address.... At this point I'm like are you serious right now telling them that that info was provided in original request. Sent address and finally rec'd installation hardware.Shelves themselves are designed well, but be prepared for the necessity of buying your own hardware. The wall anchors are flimsy aluminum ... additionally, installation instructions say to use 5/16" drill bit .... all good until that hole actually allows the anchors to literally fall out of the wall. Had to redrill new holes with 1/4" bit. I wouldn't believe that it each shelf can hold 30 pounds.....Now you know.....

Granted, I only have light objects on this but I bought two sizes of these, and it's simply beautiful and light given that it's also natural wood on the outside. It does not look like veneer (but I suppose it could be based upon the weight.Way better than anything I've seen elsewhere. It is made in China (which was not easily disclosed). I thought when I bought it that I was buying local-- Not necessarily against Chinese products because some of them--like this one--are of better quality. But with the Covid19 issue, I wasn't sure about delivery times and I wanted to support local economies as much as possible.

These are absolutely perfect!!! High quality, thick wood and perfect for either side of my fireplace. Great price considering anything else remotely like these are at least double the cost. Well worth the money and each shelf came with hardware and not a single one was damaged.

So unfortunately these are extremely difficult to mount. No one really mentions that the dimensions of the metal rod do not coincide well with the standard distance between studs and it was a huge problem. Luckily my contractor was able to figure some things out but very difficult to install and would not recommend it. And in fact even after solid installation of the iron mount the actual shelves still wiggle a lot.They look real nice but would not recommend

Wow this is an absolutely beautiful shelf. So much better than I thought. Great price for something so nice.

I really like the way this product looks. It was fairly easy to install. It was missing the screws that were supposed to come with it though. I had other screws that I could use so not much of an issue. The only thing I didn’t like was that there weren’t more holes for screwing into studs. My apartment had wider stud widths so I could only put a screw into 1 stud.
