Very impressive for a 20W keyboard Amp under 200 dollars. Works perfectly, has straightforward controls, sounds great, 8 inch woofer handles the bass notes, but has very good high end, and a 3-band EQ. Very happy with it, a great monitor!

My Kawai ES 100 digital 88-key piano has a beautiful sound that was not captured by its integrated speakers. So, on a lark, I bought this Donner kit to pair with it. I love that the Donner box included everything I needed (no reason to buy another cable): the two-piece power cable, and a 1/4 inch amplifier cable with L-shaped end that plugs into the Mono L output on the left hand back of my ES100. Pop the other end in the little amp and we are off. If you have this exact keyboard, you can turn off the internal speakers by holding down the Function key and hitting C# 7 black key (page 45 of the keyboard manual).This amplifier is CLEAN. That's really key as I can place it 5 feet from my keyboard and there is no feedback and no annoying buzz when I'm not playing. It's just quiet. The volume power is better than the keyboard's internal speakers, matching it at about 60% volume amp to 100% on keyboard internal speakers, if that helps. Frankly, if I was playing to a church group in a middle- to large-sized church, or over other instruments, I would want 35-50 watt amplifier. But for household, small gatherings, this is great. Unlike my internal ES100 speakers, I can modulate the treble, midrange, and bass, which is nice. I can add a second instrument with line 2 in. And it has a 1/4 inch headphone out jack that is better placed for me as this sits aside my keyboard, than the headphone jack in the rear of the piano itself. So, all in all, this Donner 20 watt amp offers many sound improvements and conveniences that are worth the modest price. The only time I don't practice with this amplifier turned "on" now is when everyone else in my house is sleeping (then I use the ES100 internal speakers set low or the headphones). I recommend this amplifier for a home setting.

Really surprised me with the sound quality

Very nice amp for my keyboard. I don't have a lot of experience with amps but this one sure sounds pretty good. The eq adjustments have plenty of adjustability for my needs. More then enough power for my keyboard too.

I thought for the money this is a very good amp. I'm only using it for personal home use. The sound is very good. Amount of volume is great, level 1 is very loud and clear. It also is light weight.

Greetings,Initially, this product worked well. We were really happy at first. However, before the year from purchase this speaker stopped working out of nowhere. It doesn't turn on. We never used it as maximum. The cable adapter is working but the speaker isn't.I didn't have enough faith to do the warranty process because like insurance companies, my experience is that companies try to find ways NOT to honor the warranty. When I decided to give it a try and contact DONNER they won't honor their warranty because it's already past a year since the day of purchase. However, countries that are not the USA get two years of warranty! Why the American consumer is being penalized with 1 year vs the 2 years EU consumers get in warranty is beyond me.I should have made my claim before the year. It's a shame because initially this product did a good for my son's keyboard but now we are stuck with an almost new speaker that doesn't work. Speakers that break before a year of use shouldn't be in the market. This is what I get for trusting DONNER.To the American consumer, beware of DONNER because they intentionally give more privileges to non USA consumers.

Yes this is my second one I liked the first one so much and gave it to my daughter.

You might wonder what you're giving up at this price point, but don't sweat it because this little amp sounds great. We plugged it into a Roland synth and it sprang to life enthusiastically.
