Grabbed this on a discount and i feel like it was a steal - its exactly what I was looking for, the lid stays put, but comes off easily and it has some tongs. If the finish holds up from use in my outdoor kitchen, then it was an amazing buy!

Great product!

- I do really like how sleek this looks, and it goes with my other stainless barware.- I especially love the outer hook for tongs, so people don't have to stick their hands in the ice to grab them, and l also love the hook built into the lid so you can also hang that on the rim, so it doesn't roll away or take up more space.- I find it a little difficult to open and close the lid due to the rubber gasket, but the gasket probably helps keep the ice from melting sooner; however I would not let a child open this lid, as it is a bit stiff to open and it does have a sharpish edge. So keep this bucket up high and away with the alchohol based drinks, and stick to the plastic lid bucket for the soft drinks.

Sturdiness. Holds ample amount of ice..

Looks cheap. The workmanship is very crude. Stains from welding, the hook has sharp edges and is bent slightly, top outer edge is uneven, in some spots too much steel was filed away. It is strong and will do the job as an ice bucket. We are very simple people, but we would be embarrassed to use this for our guests. This was really rushed out, and looks like a DIY project that needs more refinement.

This is very affordable and sized for 5-6 people at the pool or cocktails. Only down side are the tongs which have a very hard time grabbing ice cubes. I would still highly recommend this quality ice bucket, keeps ice for hours.
