Black & Decker BDH2000PL Vacuum (2 Pack) Replacement Pre-Filter # 90598100-2pk

Never a fan of hand vacs as I most always found them to be under powered and problematic - those feelings have changed with Black & Decker's Pivot which I was lucky enough to purchase on one of Amazons special sale days. However, even if we had paid the full price I would still say it's a bargain.What isn't so much of bargain is keeping the Pivot clean - we use ours an awful lot and when the filters get too mucked up to bother cleaning, popping new ones in is the way to go so having some spares around sure helps. These appear to be true OEM products, they're a breeze to install, fit perfectly and don't come loose. I also bought the little Hepa filters that go inside this one and get dirtier much faster than these outer filters - they're available here on Amazon but from a different seller. It would be more convenient if they were sold as a set as they once were, but whadda ya gonna do. If you have a B&D Pivot, stock up on these as you're bound to need them.

These pre-filters need much less frequent replacement than the main filter, if they need replacement at all. My pre-filter washed perfectly clean with water. I can see how pre-filter replacement might be necessary if you suck up stuff that gets stuck in the pre-filter holes--like blackberry seeds or something like that. But my pre-filters will be sitting around taking up space for a long time before I use them.Still, this product does exactly what it is supposed to.

These work great for a replacement filter on my Black & Decker Vacuum Cleaner. These are Ok for the price paid.

This is the BEST little hand cordless vac I've ever had. It will match any regular corded vacuum in suction. I would recommend this especially for craft rooms where paper and sewing threads debris is everywhere. It is strong and easy to clean and easy to replace filters.

I would like these a lot better if I could remove the existing one from the vacuum. I have tried and tried but it will not budge.

I regularly cleaned the old filter and pre-filter but some of the gunk on the pre-filter wouldn't come off.Hard to remove but once the new one was installed with a new filter, it's like new.Now I can say my vacuum sucks in a positive way!
