The media could not be loaded.  Hatching Brine shrimp is easier & faster compared to the window sill method. This hatchery exceeded my expectations in that I had at least twenty five or so storage tubes of hatched brine shrimp. Setting up the hatchery was quick and it took little space and a small light was placed behind the hatchery. After 24 hours they were flitting around. Wrapping a black cover around the top portion of the hatchery made them swim toward the brighter area below for harvesting. They were rinsed before some were pipetted into the aquarium while the rest were placed in 0.5ml storage tubes for future feedings.

The hatchery works great and love that it can be installed inside the tank as well as outside the tank. The instructions are terrible and a few simple sentences would make it easy for people. You will need to look up conversions from grams to tsp levels for salt and water. Also, what is the airstone that is included in the box for? It doesnt go in the hatchery. Also, You need to buy an air pump, and this should be stated on the outside of the box as well as in the instructions, because it never said anywhere that it wasnt included in the price but the instruction diagrams show it so you might assume its in their.

I used it inside the aquarium and outside it hatches the eggs wonderful.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it works perfectly, my hatch rate is almost 100% and the design looks so much better than DIY hatcheries, plus it fits perfectly on the side of my tank. The only complaint I have is that the lid can be a bit difficult to get but I just make sure not to push it on all the way and it’s fine

Works perfectly. You will need to purchase an aquarium air pump separately though but once you set it all up, you’ll have thousands of baby brine shrimp at your disposal.

This is a very good brine shrimp hatchery.The hatchery is very good but the accessories could be better.

For your 20 quid you get a plastic tube, you'd be better served buying a double valve lid off ebay and cutting the bottom off a plastic bottle. This setup is just the tube and a sucktion cup bracket that doesnt even have the suction cups. For the price you pay you'd at least expect the parts for the kit in the diagram (without the air pump of course) but nope just the tube.

Overall a very good looking (better than a modified pop bottle) and effective brine shrimp hatchery. The ability to use it inside the tank with suction cups and outside the tank with the included stand is a nice touch. Just make sure you install the check valve the right way lol (unlike me). The only nit pick I can find is the spectacularly bad English translation of the instructions. But if you're invested enough in fishkeeping to buy a dedicated brine shrimp hatchery you can probably figure it out.

The media could not be loaded.  I got tired of using the water bottles and wanted something more clean looking and this is perfect. It works really well and I will update if anything goes wrong.
