Helped my skin
I bought this item to help with my skin as I suffer with spots ang blackheads, within one week I saw and improvement, it made my skin quite dry but this helped to dry out the spots. It's not a magic pill and I still have spots on my face but nothing like before. For the first time in leaving the house without make up and I never would of done that before taking silica!! Worth every penny

Silica works, there's no doubt about it.When I have peeling nails and my hair feels week and falls out as it tends to do at periodic points in the year then I take a silica supplement. I see positive change in a matter of two to three weeks.

Useful product for hair and nails.
Pleased to get this product in excellent condition. It is available in some chemists, but not easy to find, so very useful to be able to get it on the net.

Gave me spots
Love Wassen's magnesium ok product. Unfortunately broke out in spots within a few days - for me personally I believe it is to do with the B vitamins so be wary if you have spot prone skin.
