These are excellent! I have bought so many headphones over the years - I am a musician, a regular traveller, an avid gym goer... soundbeats are brilliant for all these circumstances. I constantly listen to music - whether it's live radio, spotify or a new mix of a song I'm working on - the sonic quality is excellent - plus great noise cancelling.I like that these are connected by the wire - never understand individual ear buds... plus they are magnetic and clasp when not using. I have bought these for years now - have also tried out so many other ones - brands, prices (from £10 to over £100) etc - these are definitely my favourite! Highly recommend.Plus great battery life and very quick to charge.Nice mic for making calls and very durable - exceptional value for money... and not white(!)

I have had several pairs of these earphones over the years and overall they are a good purchase. The sound quality is great for the price and the charge lasts a long time. They use a USB-C charger which is easy to use and they are very easy to connect via Bluetooth and have a good range. Having a neck band is handy when wearing them at the gym and they manage well in light rain showers. I use them nearly everyday and they are pretty tough and durable. However, they do have a tendency for one earphone (usually the right side) to randomly lose volume after a while and they become unusable. They are not perfect, but for the price they are a decent choice.

I never thought I'd get on with Bluetooth earphones. I assumed I'd lose them - or worry about losing them. However these feel super secure, yet comfortable, with great sound and long battery life. Because they are connected to each other, you can easily remove one and leave it hanging on your shoulder if you want to speak to someone or need to listen to what is around you. A simple and effective design. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. Not sure how or why but I unwrapped the packaging and unboxed the earphones.. went to turn them on and they wouldn't come on at all.. I then plugged them into charge and yet again nothing.. no life at all. Now out of pocket and still don't have a pair of headphones.. gutted.

This is the second pair of earbuds I have acquired and I wouldn’t choose any others. The reason is they tick every box!1. They have a long battery life so I don’t need to worry about running out of battery during the day once they are charged up.2. The buds are magnetic so clip together around my neck and don’t slip off.3. The sound quality is very good both during calls and listening to music.The last pair lasted 2 and a half years which, considering I wear them around my neck most of the day and every day is, very good. I wouldn’t buy any other.

Great for listening to music or audible books, but it will not connect for phone calls. The bluetooth has to be disconnected for making & receiving calls.

This is the second pair of earbuds I've gotten from this brand. The first ones one of the sides eventually gave out, but I cannot stress the level of stress I've put these through, between guitar playing, to intense exercise, to cats ripping them out of my ears. The last pair I had lasted about 2 years and was great. I like the volume and sound quality. I'm pleased with the connectivity, the button controls are easy to learn and they fit nicely in my ears, the magnet is also nice and so is the case. I will say the voice in these ones was a different voice to the last ones I had which was bizzare at first but I got used to it. These ones also get a bit dimmer in volume when you've turned it up to max. Sometimes I find the buttons more difficult then the last model but that is just a personal thing for me. They're durable being metal and the rubber bit that covers the charger hole is the right shape to properly fit. Cable is just the right length too going around my neck.

Edit - these have had to go back twice now due to stopping working. Very disappointed. Won’t buy them again.I bought these after having had two previous pairs - the first I lost and the second broke after three years of very heavy, daily use. I had been very happy. There had been some minor changes - the connection is a bit slicker and the charging port is now USB C not USB Micro B. This mean that the control buttons were a little bit bulkier but no major issues. I have had some problems that I haven’t had with previous models - firstly, they seem to be subject much more to interference than my old model, periodically you will just get a random static noise which I assume is when passing other signals which are interfering. Secondly, the battery life isn’t as good - I have to charge every 3 or so days now, it was once a week with my old one. These new issues aren’t just a one off either as I had to immediately return a pair of the new ones after the completely stopped working after 2-3 days. Both the faulty pair and the replacement pair are subject to interference and batter problems. On the plus side, the sound, functionality and price are all really good and assuming these new ones last for as long as my previous pair I will be happy but having had such good service out of the old pair, these new issues have left me a little disappointed.
