I would not use this product on the face. The percentage of urea is too high for more delicate skin

It’s used like a lotion, so just rub it in and leave it on the skin.

I don’t read German (or French) either. I use it on my scalp so it doesn’t get washed off for 2 or 3 days sometimes longer. My dermatologist told me to use it and “apply as needed”. Call your dermatologist for clarification.
