Wow! Really tastes like pistachio!!
I needed pistachio flavoring to make pistachio ice cream. Pistachios are way too expensive to get a big bag, deshell them, and then grind up to add to ice cream to get enough of the flavor! So Concentrated flavoring is best & more economical! It made some fantastic pistachio flavored ice cream. DELICIOUS!!! Good price and Lorain oils have always been good quality. I will definitely buy this again when I need it !!!

Multiple use cotton candy!
I bought this product to make cookies with and it works so nice! It is a very tiny bottle but you really only need a drop or 2. You can use this product in multiple ways. The price was comparable to others and it arrived quickly. Great purchase!

Love it!
I use this anise oil when baking biscotti (along with Calabrian anise seed) and receive compliments from everyone who tries them. The oil adds a bit more anise flavor, making them even more delicious.BUT, do not use too much. I normally use between 1/4 and 1/8 tsp per recipe. The recipe makes two “loaves” of biscotti which are cut after 25 min in oven, and then baked on both sides til done.

Use 1/4 amount
Tastes just like cotton candy. For anyone wondering who missed the title like I did, it’s 4x stronger than regular extract. So adjust your recipe and only use 1/4 what you normally do.

Stay away from the Raspberry but all of the others I have tried are awesome.
All of the flavors were great except the Raspberry. Otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars. The cinnamon oil made nice hot gummies. Really liked the result. I used their Key Lime in a cheese cake - delicious! The pineapple was used to make licorice as was the green apple - both great! Unless you are getting the Raspberry - you cant go wrong with the Lorann oils.

Fun Fruiti Flavor
The media could not be loaded. Very small bottle. Used twice for homemade ice cream. First time I probably didn’t use enough. The second time I used a little too much. I would say a good amount is about 1/4 of the bottle for a 2 quart ice cream recipe. It’s hard to eyeball how much you have used though. So, I used the basic vanilla recipe and then used this as an extra ingredient to make Tutti Fruiti ice cream. It doesn’t dye the liquid mix, just flavors it. I added red food coloring drops for visual effect during the churning. My kids reported that they liked the flavor. My husband said it tastes somewhat like bubble gum.
