I brought a house in 2010 that has to say a lot of WTF fixes the prior owners did. There was a live line over the kitchen that we can assume was most likely the former owner trying to put a overhead light. We could not figure out where he tapped it from and there was no switch that controlled it. So we upgraded out kitchen and wanted a hanging overhead light over the counter top.Buying this and http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0051BUM4M/ref=cm_cr_mts_prod_img together helped achieve being able to turn the light on and off with a press of a button. I even put velcro behind the remote and placed the remote under the granite countertop which now makes me able to turn the light on easily and without actually getting up.I placed the other device in the ceiling and even with the device not in prime location, there has been no problem with the remote turning on and off. Also when you link the devices, even a power outage does not reset the link.

This was a replacement remote for a system i bought a few years ago to turn lights on for walking on dark days. Simple but works great

Works well to turn on the street light at the barn. The remote and plug were bought separately. The remote activates the plug from about 350 feet and through the house and tin barn wall.

Along with the remote outlet it controls, this is an excellent product. The greatest feature is the range of the wireless control. It lets me pre-heat my diesel tractor by turning the block heater on when I get up. The tractor is parked in the barn a well over 100 feet from the house and the remote works consistently at that distance. I get to lounge around in the nice warm house and drink coffee while the block heater on the tractor does it's thing.

I use this to run the hot-water pump. I set for 5 minutes and it works thru 2 floors, 45 feet, to the basement. Instructions are a little confusing by switching between the choice of straight ON/OFF vs timed. Took 3-4 attempts to make it ork.

This item with the receiver is a low cost solution to switching issues. Haven't had any issues with them. Easy to set up and use.

The range and reliability on these things is amazing. I've got the base unit installed inside an attic space behind a stucco wall and the range is still about 200 yards reliably. Programming is easy, not sure how long batteries will last.

This is a more 'conventional' looking remote to mount to the wall and it paired seamlessly. Now I have one to leave in my truck and one to leave mounted to the wall in the house.I have installed two of the remote light switches (WE-318) at different locations and they both work great with an exceptionally long range.

I used this remote with a Skylink PM-318 receptacle switch to control the mood lighting behind a big screen TV. Programming the link to the switch was a simple push button connection process. It turns the switch on/off no problems. I am very happy with the product.

Works as advertised. It was simple to pair it up with the LX-318 screw-in light bulb receiver.

Works well, quick response time, and I love the dimming function.
