Bulova C4115 Manchester Chiming Wall Clock

Good looking and we enjoy the chime choices. We just went through the holidays with the Christmas chimes. The quality of the sound is not perfect, but it is still very enjoyable. At the time I bought this clock, the price here was the best for the same clock that I could fine online. The clock is heavy so it needs a strong hanger or screw to hang it on. It keeps perfect time and I hope to have this clock for years to come.

1. What I did not like about this clock was the fact I had to disassemble it and push the hour hand in place so it was pointing at the hour when it chimed. I might expect that out of a $20.00 clock made in China. When I paid over a $100.00 for a clock made in China I expect better! COME ON BULOVA!! :-( Sometimes I call things NEW JUNK. (D-) This is my grade for that.2. I do not like doing business with and supporting communist countries who are also atheistic! (F)What I did like about the clock.1. Good sounding loud (adjustable) chimes probably the best chimes I have ever heard. (A+)2. I can read that clock without my binoculars lol at over 50 feet. I live in a ranch style house with an open floor plan where the living room, kitchen and dining room are all open. The clock is on my fire place and you can be more than 50ft. away from it. I am coming up 70 years old and my eyes are pretty good but not as good as they were 40 years ago yet I can easily read the clock. (A)3. Keeps good time. (A+) Although I wish it had been a self setting atomic clock.4. We will set it for Christmas songs when in season. To honor our savior Jesus the Nazarene. The music this clock makes is beautiful. (A+)5. It is a beautiful clock nice on the eyes. lol ( A-) Get one, you will like it. Don't be surprise if you need to do a little work on the clock BUT what can you expect for about a $120.00 clock from China. lolIf this clock was a self setting atomic clock WITH a sweep second hand for no more than $150. BUCKsI would give it 5 stars and I would buy one today. LOL I always want something not available. OH yes and made in a country like the USA !!!

I wanted a big clock above my mantle and I'm extremely pleased with this beautiful clock. We will set it for Christmas songs when in season. The Westminster chimes are perfectly royal. I like the ability to adjust the loudness and choose what sound I want it to make. Well worth the money!

Runs on 2 C cell batteries. Good sounding loud (adjustable) chimes. I can read that clock without my glasses at 25 feet (probably more, but my apartment is only so wide). Set time to my cell phone and it has been right on time ever since. Absolutely no complaints. Love it!

Bought for my parents , but unfortunately had to send back as it was extremely huge and there were really no descriptions of size on site . We never tested to see if it played all the songs so I cant really review this item
