Yes i like it. Easy to use
Great value. Used to pump transmission fluid out and replace. No issues at all.

Makes oil change an ease!!
This pump works great for oil change. used it to drain the oil on my Tiguan, heat the oil to 50 degrees, run the hose through the dipstick hole and it pumped the oil out easily and quickly, took about 8 mins to remove the oil completely. Paid for itself in 1 oil change, makes the job mess free as the pump also comes with an on/off switch,Note...heat your oil up to 40 degrees and pull your oil filler cap for a quicker flow

Think twice before purchasing this product!
This is a great ONE-TIME USE product.I purchased this to do an oil change on my AMG Mercedes in January 2025, and it worked great... the first time. The second time I used it was in May 2025. About 2 minutes into the oil extraction process, it began to sputter and eventually died, leaving about 40% of the oil remaining in the crankcase.Fortunately, I had an old manual vacuum oil extractor that I had used on my boat for years. While it took considerably longer and more physical effort, I was able to complete the job.Had I not had the backup extractor available, I would have been stuck in the middle of an oil change with a non-drivable car! Not what I look for from the tools that I use.Based on my experience, I can not recommend this product due to the lack of reliability after my first use.

Good for what it is; how to fix it
I bought this pump for oil changes on a jet ski. I used to remove oil on two jet skis and it worked great. I then used it to suck water out of the bilge, and it stopped working. I'd put dish soap in the bilge water to help remove oil and grease. What I figured out later is that when I used the pump on the soapy water, the soapy water removed the grease from inside of the pump too. When I finished the project above, I took the pump apart. No lube. There is metal on metal contact plus a gasket seal that needs to be air tight. I figured it must need to be lubed. So I packed the moving copper plates, the top of the round wheel, and the inside of the metal cover and put it back together. Good as new.So, if you us it remove oil, you are fine. If you use it to remove anything that will remove the lube (i.e., soapy water, gasoline, etc.),, it will quickly fail but you can fix it.

Fast and easy
Great if you want to avoid getting under the car. Follow instructions and video. It works fine. Prepare with a bottle to capture fluid. Be careful when pulling out the hoses to avoid splatter.

Did the job I needed; and no need for messy puddle under the car and on me.
In deep Chicago winter, I overfilled when adding oil to the engine. I think the oil was too thick to give a valid reading when checking the dipstick. The excessive oil was evident when the engine warmed, began to smoke, and the rpm slowed. The warm oil displayed beyond the Full line on the dipstick. I checked YouTube for ideas on how best to 'slowly' drain a small quantity of oil. One video showed the Amarine. I received next-day delivery (and drove the other car until then).I was able to pump out about a quart into the empty qt. oil bottle in 10-15 minutes; checked the dipstick level; added a little back into the engine (warm, thinned oil). If I only use the Amarine pump once, I feel I covered the price on that one event.

Electric oil pump
First time using it on/off switch stopped working. Extremely noisy and slow. Not happy one bit. Somewhere between returning item and junking it. Junk pile is where it belongs.

Does what it claims
Got a little hot during use but made changing my front differential fluid a breeze! Make sure to use the smaller hose on the inlet side. I had no issues with it leaking and my trucks battery had plenty of juice without it running to power this the whole time without losing power or draining the battery beyond being able to start my truck. Overall very easy to use. It could probably benefit in the long run if it had more/larger ventilation holes in the plastic housing of it.
