This is a wonderful tool to enhance your fitness routine!! I bought it in part because of the lifetime warranty (used a cheaper version for a year before it quit, so was looking for a better-made option). I’m so glad I went with Lifepro! Heavy-duty, large platform with ‘4D’ that is seamless to use. Much quieter than my old machine, and packs way more ‘punch’ with regard to the features included. I couldn’t be happier! I’ve been using it daily for about a month and can see increased muscle tone in target areas as well as a significant reduction in fluid retention. I highly recommend this platform for weight loss, toning, pain relief, and a reduction in fluid retention. I’ve found it to be user-friendly and it provides many varied speed and directional settings from the remote I can wear on my wrist (brilliant)!

A friend of mine got one of these for a gift and told me about it on the phone (we live several states away from each other). I remembered seeing some research on Whole Body Vibration (WBV) several years ago which looked intriguing, but frankly all of the units for sale at the time where priced way out of my comfort zone. My friend told me how effective this unit was and how good he felt. I have a lot of wear and tear on my body from a pretty active life, and typical resistance exercise (which I feel is very necessary for continued ability to move) has become more and more challenging since I have reached the magical Medicare age. I was a little skeptical, but the reviews were all very good, so I decided to pull the trigger on one and try it. Wow! What an amazing unit! Ten minutes on this unit literally replaces an hour of lifting weights! I have used it daily for approximately two weeks now, and the difference is incredible. I have a chronic bad back and wass normally an elbow-shaped creature when I got up in the morning. No more! My posture has improved and daily pain levels have dropped from a norm of 6 (on the doctor's office rating scale of 1-10) to about a 2! Resistance exercise has become much easier to do. The unit is very robust (I am 6'02" and weigh about 240 lbs). The price point is well within pretty much anyone's range. Way cheaper than a membership at a health club, and in my opinion (now that I have actually used it) is more effective. If you want something that can give your body much-needed exercise (without having to devote hours we don't all have available at it). The company has a fantastic website you can access with a lot of videos showing you the surprising number of things you can do with this. Their customer service is immediately responsive and helpful. This is definitely worth taking a look at for anyone interested in being proactive in the care and maintenance of their body. Personally, I treasure the ability to remain upright and keep a certain level of health. If you do to, take a look at this machine. You will not regret it!

Any kind of vibrating plate is a game changer and truly enhances the quality of your life, but what makes this Lifepro Vibrating plate truly special is their (3) triple motor and (6) six different vibrating patterns in which you can vacillate between. You're going to want to wake up, hop on it and boy are you going to fall in love with how you're body feels while you're standing on it and it only takes 10 minutes of your day. Whether it be in the morning, afternoon or evening. My biggest priority is my health. When we take care of ourselves and feel good, we can make an example out of that for others too. Massively Impactful. Using just vibration mode stimulates the vagus nerve which assists your parasympathetic nervous system and just feels really good, and then the 4D mode engages muscles you didn't know you had. I have recommended this to everyone I know. Whether you want to increase your balance and stability or your strength and muscle mass this is a game changer. Lifepro's customer service is also amazing to deal with, I had an issue with my order and they addressed it immediately and I don't think I have ever had a faster, friendlier and helpful response - a total 10/10 for both the Rumblex Pro 4D AND Lifepro's customer service. Note: the 4D means it has the most directional movement options (up and down, side to side, vibration any any combination of those together) GET 4D!!! Not all brands offer this. Also, the 4D PRO has all sorts of extras that make this one the best all around system ( 4 tension bands , 2 tension straps, 4 resistance straps that simulate weights, 2 non stretchy straps (that help you balance and also engage your arms/upper body when you are standing, which would not happen with out straps), a wrist remote control, foam mat and various ankle straps and handles) as well as loads of online support and community. There is a reason it is not the cheapest. The quality is noteworthy. Of all the ones I researched this one stood out and I am so glad I splurged...I'd do it again without reservation.

I am using my Rumblex now for a little over a year and a half.. I had serious hip issues which led to inactivity for several years and accelerated a decline in health.. immobility, stiffness everywhere a generalized lethargy. I needed a motivator.. something outta the ordinary to get me moving again.. The Rumblex was the last item I purchased after a long 'buy and forget about that..' process. The Rumblex awakened parts of me I'd forgotten. You notice an immediate change not only physically but in energy levels that start flowing through me amazing me. Naturally caution rules at the beginning.. wait for it.. Nothing happened. Did it again.. after a week, I caught myself reaching out further than I'd done in several years.. Today, I pick stuff off the floor.. I take walks of 5 to 10 km, return home.. do more physical thing, mental things and even spiritual things. The mental fog that ruled my days is gone! I mean, I'm sharper now that I've been and kinder I think. This spring I've joined a tennis club and have the equipment and balls already bought.. clement weather in a week or so.. At the tennis courts is where you'll find me. A little purchase! A cute vibration plate with a unique bounce and vibration. This is like working out without going to the gym. It really is.. I've thrown caution to the wind with regard to how long I stay on the machine but do start gently.. your body has to adjust. I like it for triggering lymph activity and I do feel my muscles have had a work out even though I was standing on the machine. Do get it whatever your issues the Rumblex is nothing but help. Hope my little review motivates you as much as the Rumblex will move you.

I’m beyond impressed with the LifePro Rumblex 4D! From the very first session, I could feel it working. Level 1 is already intense, and the variety of movement modes makes it incredibly versatile. I’ve used it standing, sitting, and even exercising on it—my muscles feel more activated. It’s sturdy, powerful, and a joy to use.

This is one super sturdy and stable machine. Not tippy at all!! Highly recommend for anyone with balance issues. I have tried cheaper brands and cheaper vibration plates and they have been quite tippy. The lifepro Rumblex has been wonderful to use so far and I feel very relaxed after using it. I still have to learn all the features but so far so good. Great for recovery post workout, or circulation. Looks sharp too. Very happy with my purchase thus far and a lifetime warranty never hurts.
