Siete Sauce Enchilada Red 15 OZ

Knowing that it’s better ingredients means it’s top of the line quality! It’s not overly spicy but does add a lot of flavor! The possibilities of dishes are endless when using this sauce but truly love it for making my enchiladas! The price is right for the size of the jar!

I am a native New Mexican living on the east coast. We had been resorting to making our own red and green enchilada sauce in order to have good Mexican food (I prefer green and my wife prefers red). We have found that we love the Siete Sauce red and green sauces and it really simplifies the process of making homemade enchiladas for us. They are a bit pricey, but if you add up the ingredients to make your own sauce plus the time and trouble, we think it's worth it. We haven't tried it yet, but the red sauce would probably make some great pozole, too!

Bought this because it's a healthier option than the one in the grocery store. Tastes pretty much the same, but I like that I am feeding my family something better quality.

When Trader Joe's changed their enchilada sauce, I tried several alternatives in search of a replacement. This is the closest I have gotten. I add a Tablespoon of brown sugar to the jar and it is makes it close to Trader Joe's original and restaurant quality.
