Product is good but the nut inside gets loose after a while then your stuck with it on your truck can’t get it out. But I did contact the seller and got a replacement hood on that part so far.

The only dislike is that it use two different keys

I installed two of these on my truck's roof rack to mount a 5 gallon rotopax-type fuel cell for fuel storage during hurricane evacuation, camping, and overlanding. The first time I went to unlock and unscrew the knob that holds the fuel cell in place, the nut that the knob threads into stripped itself in the plastic it is mounted into. The knob free-spun and I had to remove a bracket from the roof rack to get the mount and fuel cell off the roof rack. From there, I had to cut, with a hacksaw, the plastic apart to remove the fuel cell destroying the mount. This product is not good quality and will leave you in a bad place if you need to get fuel in a tight spot. Had it not malfunctioned this first time using it, I believe that it would have only been a matter of time before it failed me. I do not recommend this product, and upon reading reviews, I am not the only person to experience this.

Seems strong. Holds full tank with no stress or rattling. Get some bigger washers as the screws they use are skinny af. The locks are keyed different so you need 2 if you use both locks.

Mounted these on my rack over my truck bed put the gas can on and didn't touch for about a month before I needed to take gas can off to fill up for a road trip when I went to unscrew the handles that hold the gas can on one of the mounts stripped the bolt on the first time takeing it off was very upset and had to do some rigging to get it to work for the trip cause there wasn't enough time to order new ones before heading out on my road trip lucky I got it to hold for the entire trip but one of them is still messed up and stripepd would like a replacement but don't want to go threw the same thing but hard to find ones that lock

I have had the tank attached on my roof rank with these mounts for about a week and it is doing great. No problems!

Easy to install and very durable. Great quality at a great price.
