+ They taste like Jolly Ranchers candy+ No sunflower oil in this brand+ Helps a little with digestion- A tad bit expensive, I cant imagine the mark-up on this- Multiple sugar ingredients partially offset the benefit of AVC balancing your gut microbes- They taste so good that it hard to stop at 2 pieces
