Does this come in a brown sugar form?

No. Scientifically speaking, for it to be brown it would need to be blended with sugar extracts from a different plant / vegetable, which from the sounds of it would change the product entirely and perhaps then not support healthy sugar levels in the body when consumed. Hope this helps.

Is this basically just XYLITOL ?

No. It is made from Kabocha which is a type of winter squash, a Japanese variety of the species Cucurbita maxima. It is also called kabocha squash or Japanese pumpkin in North America. In Japan, "kabocha" may refer to either this squash, to the Western pumpkin, or indeed to other squashes. It says 3g carbs per 1tsp! How can this be ketogenic friendly?
