The product is amazing, and it is suitable for monoblock or submersible pumps(which has singal capacitor or double). Also you can use this for starter switch. It works perfect and intelligently.There is a problem with the sensors. But it has been resolved by the company. Due to water density it was not working. Contact details of the company will be included in the switch box. They will provide magnetic sensor and sensor cables which is shown in pictures and follow the instructions for installation.I bought three switch from three different companies and i found this as the best in working and customer service.As an engineer, I highly recommend this product.

Product works as expected, Excellent after sales support. My unit had developed issue and seller provided replacement unit promptly. Support team responds to queries on time and makes sure customer gets proper resolution. I recommend this product.

The swich worked perfectly for 4 months. Now its not working. probably it is burnt from inside. How can I replace/Repair? It is in warranty.
