This fits together easily. The acrylic parts are beautiful. Fits perfectly in the original box and makes setup and teardown fast. Particularly love that you can place the card boxes directly on the board. Definitely cleans up the game.

Scythe is my current favorite game. This organizer is very well made. The wood is beautiful and the acrylic tops are etched with each factions character. It did take quite a while to glue everything together-it was a little more difficult than broken token but it was well worth the effort! The inserts are beautiful and it makes set up and break down much faster. I wish they offered an organizer for Rise of Fenris :)

These boxes are great! Definitely time consuming and at times tedious (peeling the protective coating out of the etching is a pain), but I love model building in general so I actually quite enjoyed the assembly.1. Follow instructions closely2. Make sure you clamp or rubberband with the acrylic lids on otherwise the boxes will set a bit too tight for the lids.Organizes everything great and I arranged it in my legendary box, everything fits nicely.

So I decided to take a chance and pick this up. I usually don't buy something without looking at the item, either on an amazon review or somewhere out on the net. Due to the looks of this product and the need to further organize my Syche game I got it.Components- The first odd thing to say about this product was the smell I got when I opened it. It smelled like old hay. Like a farm. It was odd and didn't know it was part of the aesthetic or not. But it was unique. Looking at the work it looked good. Except for one blemish, a knot, the wood was good quality. The parts are thicker than the broken token brand. Something I didn't expect. Most organizers of this type are the same laser-cut thin pieces of wood. But this was twice as thick. The set comes with plastic clear covers and components. Each one is protected by a thin layer of plastic and all have etching. The etching detail is very nice but when uncovering the detailed etching I have to admit it was a real pain in the butt. Most of the covering will come off in parts based on the etchings leaving bits behind to peel off. After that, the kit came with some odd pieces. A set of pieces described on the last page of the manual references the game board but there are no instructions, anyone knows what that is for please tell me.Assembly- Before I start I tell the reader that you will need clamps/rubber bands ( I used rubber bands and they worked great.) Wood glue and super glue. One advantage of having thicker wood is that its easier to glue these pieces, however, most of the pieces don't fit tight enough that I could just glue it and forget it. I found that if I start by gluing the internal vertical parts into the base pieces then do the sides. Some parts like the cardholders I had to superglue the plastic then switch to wood glue for the rest and all in hand. This took just a bit of practice but worked. Please note I'm not a professional carpenter so really I was just working with what I had. I found though that if I followed the instructions everything, in the end, felt good, sturdy and well fitted. The lids snap on when placed so I don't have to be afraid of my pieces falling out.Currently, I have the Scythe Legendary expansion box, Fenris, Invaders from Afar, The Wind Gambit, metal coins, and special resources. I have the broken token organizer for my Fenris stuff and this one for everything else. With all that in mind, I have all the player and character boards in the Wind Gambit box due to the fact that the Token set didn't have a deep enough tray for all of that cardboard. So with a few cardholders from this set, and two trays from the Token set I was able to get the whole thing, plus instructions, plus game boards and expansion board in one box. All together I have a 1/8th lift from the lid but considering what's all in it I call that a victory for me and for this product.If I had one nitpick I would say that the trays for resources should be a little deeper. The rest of the set had no issues with my extras like metal money however the resource trays had a very difficult time holding some of the special molded resources. Five food tokens wouldn't fit and it's due to depth alone, otherwise, the rest and the wooden original tokens fit.Overall this is a good product for anyone wanting to organize their Scythe game. I noticed the company that makes these only does a few however if they stepped up their game and design just a bit I could see them becoming a contender for other comparable companies that do the same thing.

I bought this organizer for Scythe because I wanted a better way to organize the pieces in the game. Scythe is great, but one downside is that is can be rather complicated to set up and put away. Though the price point of the organizer is rather high, I can say with certainty it was 100% worth it. It has saved me a lot of time and a lot of frustration. The organizer is also very aesthetic. It is fun to assemble if you're looking for a "weekend afternoon" project. Do note, it doesn't come with glue, so bring your own wood glue.Finally, their customer service is fantastic. I received a double-printed acrylic cover and emailed Smonex for a replacement. They sent me the replacement within a week. I couldn't be happier with this product. I absolutely recommend it to anyone that has Scythe.

I have purchased their organizers for other games (Mansions of Madness, Betrayal at House on the Hill) and found they make a very good set that includes clever ways to use up the space to accommodate not only the base game but also their expansions. This set, however, is a terrible miss. I think their parts are not very well thought out this time around. For example, the coin holder has these very long sides that warp when trying to glue them together. Since the part has no lid, it is very difficult to get it to dry straight, which I feel in the long run will damage the faction boards that are supposed to go on the top. Also, I think there is a huge amount of wasted space. Not sure what they were going for, but the card holders leave a lot of space open. The most ridiculous are the encounter token holder which is huge for the amount of tokens there are, and the "board supports" which is a completely useless part to hold the board but was not cleverly used to store anything itself. It is just wasted space. The faction boxes are also very badly distributed. You have almost no space for the player mat pieces, but have tons of wasted space for the characters. Also, there is no support for them whatsoever, so expect to have character and mech piecesmoving around and getting damaged if you move the box too much. Finally, if you have the metal coins or the upgraded resources, forget about making them fit in the trays in an orderly fashion. They don't fit right and the proportions of the holders are just right so they don't work. Seems they added too much extra space where it was not useful and lacked space where it was necessary.Unfortunately, once I put it together, I cannot return it. But would caution to look elsewhere, particularly if you want to have an organizer that can hold all the expansions. There is no space for the Wind Gambit so forget about it.

Doesn't fit anything like all the sleeved promo cards as advertised. Neither the sleeved encounter or factory cards will fit in their respective holders. Disappointing at this price!
