Positive Impact of L-Methylfolate tablets
I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my fatigue and tiredness, too. Each tablet contains 1000ug of L-Methylfolate, which is the active form of vitamin B9, and I feel it’s more easily absorbed by my body. I would recommend them to anyone looking for natural alternatives to anti-inflammatory pills!

Great if you have a defective mthr gene
Great for anyone who can't absorb standard folic acid, this version is readily usable by the body for people who have a mthr gene problem, small tablets easy to swallow and seem good quality, will be buying again See photo for label info

Amazing results
I have bought these after watching a YouTube video these have replaced my anti inflammatory tablets I have been on for years they have taken away my pain and are so much better for me than the drugs I was taking also giving my kidneys the rest

AVOID!! Terrible product!!
Horrendous product! Full of terrible bulking agents like TALC (which has asbestos in!) AVOID! Especially if pregnant! Terrible product should be banned! It’s a mix of synthetic folate and methylated form but it doesn’t say what mix is present. It’s also 500% the reccomended amount! AVOID!!

They're far better to swallow than some of the large mag tablets. Magnesium was suggested by my gastro consultant, so wanted the better one
