Moroccan Tabletop Lantern

This lantern is actually very pretty in person. No, it isn't the most well-made, but for the price you aren't getting authentic craftsmanship. It isn't too big, but not too small either. Looks great on a table top for a touch of Moroccan flair! Thanks to the person who posted a video of it lit--that influenced my decision to buy it. There were a lot of complaints about this item so I almost didn't purchase it. I'm glad I did! I love coming home at the end of the day and watching TV next to my lantern. It gives me a feeling of tranquility.

When I got this lantern I figured it was going to be pretty cheaply made, but it wasn't. It has nice decorative glass and a nice, thick metal stand. It looks great too.

I was pleased with this lantern. I collect these kinds of things and even though the quality isn't the greatest it is a good buy and a valued addition to my collection

I have received several complements on this - I put it in my room which has a more modern look to it. This would also look good with an antique or oriental decorated room. I couldn't quite tell what the color was from the picture, it is a warm blackish color. I also ordered another lantern from the same company - while it was broken, this one was not.

Do not buy this product. I got it because it looked awesome on the picture, but in reality it looked very cheap and would not stand still. the handle that comes with it to hang the lamp does not fit and you have a crooked candle holder that barely can sit still on a hard surface. Terrible product!! I am Moroccan and I have seen many of these, the price is fair (same price as in Morocco) but the quality is absolutely terrible. I bought it a gift and now could not give it because it looks terrible!! I am keeping it as the price to return it might be not worth it. probably will never use it or use it without the handle....WASTE OF MONEY!

NO TOO GOOD, THE 2 WE ORDERED WERE DELIVERED WITHOUT THE STANDS,ACTUAL LANTERN HAS A PRETTY ORNATE DESIGN BUT UNABLE TO SHUT DOORS ON BOTH AS NEITHER HAVE AN INSIDE SUPPORT THE CATCHES BENT OUT OF SHAPE ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO USE THEM,RINGS AT THE TOP DENTED.

Very cute, I've gotten a lot of compliments for it. However, it's obviously poorly constructed. The ring at the top where it hangs from the stand is misshapen, the feet are coming apart in the middle, and the door doesn't close properly. The screws in the stand won't tighten all the way, but this isn't really a problem if there's no danger of anything bumping the lantern. It does stay in one place and look pretty, so not a waste of money, but buy at your own risk. If the rest of your decor is actually nice/expensive/classy, this might look out of place.

Product is as appears. Only issue is the latch for the door doesn't close properly. Still very pretty.
