Hard to get and keep wrinkle free, even after ironing but it is a great size covers the space I need.

This is a cheap, low quality background. Seriously, it's about as opaque as an inexpensive roll of toilet paper. But like inexpensive toilet paper, it serves a purpose. One time use. At least that's why I bought it. On a side note, I actually prefer cheap toilet paper. The soft stuff rips too easily.If you're going to use it, place it against a solid color wall of similar color. Absolutely do no have any lights or windows behind this background. They will shine through. Light it properly and push it to just under clipping. The one saving grace with a white background is you can push the exposure and it doesn't matter. In fact, for a background like this, it will look better because you will lose some of the fabric detail that you don't want.I don't bother to iron my backgrounds, I keep them rolled up like a tinfoil ball (loosely though, not tight). When I use them, I stretch them across the background supports and clamp them tight with something like this.  Heavy Duty Muslin Clamps 4 1/2 inch 6 Pack . If you fold your backgrounds, you're constantly fighting the fold line making ironing a necessity. If you crinkle the background, then stretch it tight, the lines will disappear (or become less recognizable) on camera. Straight lines will be more noticeable. Keep in mind this technique assumes you are lighting the background sufficiently and it will be out of focus.If you can swing it, and you've got the room, spend a few bucks more and get a paper roll. They're opaque and you can curve them at the bottom for a full body shot.  Savage 107X12-1 Seamless Background Paper, 107-Inch x 12 Yards - Super White .

Clean white backdrop that is perfect for product photography so that your items look seamless.. like the fact that you can wash and clean this. It’s much bigger than I thought it would be but works great!!

Boy is this thing wrinkled, and all my efforts to date haven't worked. It's too big to iron by hand, and steaming was only marginally effective. I sent it to the cleaners to be ironed and am waiting to see if that worked. As one might imagine, it's hard to store. We'll see if that helps. The GOOD news is though the wrinkles show up loud and clear in my photos, you can "Dodge highlights" in Photoshop or use a sufficiently wide f-stop so wrinkles aren't as much of a problem.I would not buy this again.Next I tried a no-iron sheet Twin Size Bed Sheets - White Luxury Sheet Set - Deep Pocket - Super Soft Hotel Bedding - Cool & Wrinkle Free - 1 Fitted, 1 Flat, 1 Pillow Case - Twin Sheets - 3 Piece , figuring hey, no-iron means no wrinkles! Um, no. Wrinkles galore, and washing it didn't help. I really like the sheet, and a twin-bed size top sheet is much easier to iron. It's a little less than half the size of this muslin backdrop and easier to store: I just rolled it up on a 6-foot dowel. Should work better. (To hang it from the rod I slit the ends of the wide seam at the top of the sheet, making a rod pocket.)Why am I avoiding seamless paper, the industry standard? Well, now I know why it's the industry standard. It just seems really expensive, and I'm a hobbyest.

Clean white backdrop. Thick and true to size. I don’t think I will have a problem with shrinking. Love this and was perfect for Halloween pictures.

Beautiful white backdrop. Just wish ther weren’t so many wrinkles. Once you figure out how to get it straight, the pictures do look great.

Clean white backdrop that is true to size. Great for portraits and no shrinkage in material. I can’t ask for more.

The material is super thin, more like a white sheet that you can purchase at a department store...except I paid twice the amount for it.
