I bought this cleaner to use before re-oiling my antique hardwood floors in my 117 year old house. It appears to work well and cleans the wood in preparation for oil application. It is expensive, but is the recommended cleaner to use so I broke down and spent the money. I followed the directions and oiled my floor afterward and the result was great. I did another room where I cleaned the floor with a vinegar solution and followed up with this cleaner, and then oiled the floor, and the result was just a great. I don't really know if the cleaner makes that much of a difference in the oil absorption and end result, but maybe it depends on the condition of your floors to begin with (?). Just be sure to note that this cleaner is meant to be used to "strip" the floor before applying maintenance oil or applying oil for the first time so do not use as a regular floor cleaner.

We bought a house with beautiful dark wood floors. Turns out, the floors aren’t actually dark at all. We figured the lighter spots where rugs had been were just not “naturally weathered” like the rich dark wood. These are white oak. The Woca wood cleaner lifted years of dirt and brought the floors back to a uniform color (no demarcations from prior owner rugs). I used an OXO nylon brush to scrub a bit, but the solution really does the work. Highly recommend. Our next step is to use the Woca oil soap to get the first layer of protectant, and then the oil refresher.

I prefer using this for my floor as being water soluble I feel it actually cleans and removes dirt. Other products for this type of floor are just mopped in neat,

We haven't used it yet ... but it is Woca so it will work. Price was great and delivery was quick.

Can't really say much other than follow the instructions for a great result. I was super surprised how good it is. Definitely recommend this product
