Perfect Replacement
I had a Genteq FM20 that had only lasted 5 years in our Payne AC handler. Ordered this off of Amazon. Came in overnight. Installation was super quick and easy. It was plug and play with our current wiring as well. Saved hundreds of dollars by doing this installation myself.

Excellent.
I ordered this motor back in 2019. I was told my unit was "too old too repair" and given a 6k quote. Just buying the home a few days prior, I rushed to Amazon to look up all the parts to rebuild my entire system. This was one of the products I picked. Here we are going into 2025 and it is still running. I saved 5,500 by ordering and doing the job myself. This motor saved us. Especially in the Florida heat.

Perfect alternative for my AC blower motor
The blower motor that we have fitted for our AC unit, was continuously running, not shutting off after the AC itself had stopped. Called in for a service, was quoted $1800 for a replacement. After Googling the original motor, this came up as an alternative. It comes with pages of instructions to cover all the types of motor that it can replace along with a wiring chassis if required. It was a simple process to change the motor out, just need some sockets and patients. It really was plug and play. Very happy with it.

Great !
I had a broken motor FM-20,1/3 HP, 230V. to replace, found a great option from this seller, good price and effective service. Read the reviews and saw someone else had the same type of motor. I bought the motor and got it with 3 days. After removing old broken motor and installed this brand new motor, connected the new motor wires to the same terminals as the old motor was and it worked at the first attempt.the motor fan wheel and motor are sold separately.

Finally have AC again after 2 long hot days.
Blower motor on a Bryant Central Air Conditioner Model FB4CNF024T00ACAA went out on a Sunday afternoon. OEM part was $500 and wouldn't be in stock for a week. According to the fact sheet on regalrexnord.com, their Genteq Evergreen EM 6203E was a compatible replacement and was half the price and Prime shipped to my door in 2 days. Took a couple of hours to install, most of that spent battling the belly bands infuriating nut/bolt placement that was almost impossible to loosen or tighten because of how little room there was to fit in the required two wrenches. I basically could move the wrench about 1/64th of an inch before I ran out of space and had to reposition it, all the while banging my knuckles on the rough cut sheet metal edges of the housing. However once in the housing, the rest of the install was a cake walk. The motor comes with a very nice instruction booklet and an extra harness that extends the connections that control the fan speed. This is nice because you may have to play around with which connections to use depending on how the old blower motor was programmed and the harness puts the connections in easy reach instead of having to slide a hand between the motor and the wall of the air handler where space is tight. I just used the same positions as my previous motor used and it worked fine. There is NO programming needed for the Evergreen motor to work, it even auto-senses the correct rotational direction of the shaft the first time it starts up. Sitting in my icy cold room as I type this, I can't think of anything negative to say. As you can see in the picture, the only differences between the OEM motor and the Evergreen is that the shaft is a little longer and the connectors are on the housing rather than extending on a harness but, like I previously mentioned, they do include and extension harness specifically for the speed connectors. Will try and remember to update this review in the Winter when I kick on the heat cause I sure ain't gonna test that right now! Oh did I mention I probably saved myself $1,000 bucks doing it myself and got it done a heck of a lot faster!!

Easy to install and works
This is the second motor I bought. The first one lasted for 4 years. It’s on an upstairs unit that doesn’t get used much. I don’t know why the previous one quit working but $270 and I’m back in business. The part seems to go for easily in the $300+ range if you buy elsewhere. Sad I only got 4 years out of it, but the OEM only lasted 5 years with even less use. I’m not sure if there is some other issue causing the failure or just “is what it is”.Installation was a breeze. Turn on fan and let it figure out which direction it needs to rotate and done. The first one seemed to try both directions. This one just turned on and worked. It didn’t seem to change directions but I have cold air blowing again in the 117 degree days we have.
