Actual expiration date will depend on the individual seller's stock. Shelf life /date on the bottle is likely 2years out from date of manufacture. Refrigerating after opening is recommended.

Q: It is hot enough to go to the hospital?

Ha ha no not to go to the hospital but its hot. I didnt like it because it was so hot but i bought it for my husband he loved it!!! He said the Da bomb peanuts same flavor are just as hot. He loves hot stuff not your normal hot stuff, hot stuff you buy at like specialty stores online hot this fits that category. You will not be disappointed. It makes your eyes water nose run ears burn and your literally on fire inside for about 20 min.

Q: How much would you add to a gallon of "mainsteam" hot sauces (i.e., Frank's) to give it a good kick? Nothing crazy, just a little more "oomph."

Honestly, I would pick a different sauce. This stuff has a rotten taste and smell and I think it would add a foul undertone to anything it’s used in.
