they are great and comfortable how ever my only issue is the pair i got are two different sizes and one of them is two small

Not what i expected from an "MMA" brand.
I'm 6' , 220 lbs with pretty thick legs and i ordered the X-Large and they were definitely too big. Felt loose and moved around. I wouldn't recommend getting X-Large unless you're at least bigger than me. Also after seeing them in person, i wouldn't recommend them for any actual MMA training. the pad very thick and bulky (which helps) but feels kinda awkward. Something like the "Venum Kontact" knee pads are a little better for mma training because they have a thinner, group of pads around the knee, rather than 1 big thick pad.... But, besides that, they shipped fast and on time. The quality seems pretty good. it just wasn't what i needed.

Kneed pads are very padded and are good for using on hard surfaces
Kneed pads are very padded and are good for using on hard surfaces. Not super easy to put on which is what I was looking for but they will work well
