Q: is it supplied with a power adapter?

it doesn't require one - it is supplied with a USB3.0 to USB Type-C cable which can be plugged directly into any usb adapter plug. I have to say i use this charger almost daily for my kids toys and also i build battery packs and use this to charge/discharge cells and test capacities before building the packs. its brilliant

Q: Is the power adapter included? They are supposed to be shipped with one as in the review videos

Hi There is no USB power adapter included. You'll have to source one, or reuse one that you have from other devices. I recommend going with a relatively high power one if you're buying new, just so it'll pull good double duty for other devices. I got an 18W UGreen one, from Amazon, that was on offer at the time.
