Works great but not for what i tried to use it for. I tried to use it as a product dispenser. The product in particular was too thick. But it worked with a more fluid cream. One that is similar to nacho cheese. Definitely worth the buy

I contacted customer support to see if there was a warranty on this pump and was told there is a 1 year warranty. I spoke with them on 4/23 because mu pump stop working as of today 5/10 they have been giving me the run around and want me to send pictures and videos. I have done that and I still can't get my lid replaced. I think they are waiting until the warranty runs out so they won't have to help me. Very frustrated with customer service. I paid a lot for it to stop working so soon. Didn't get my monies worth at all!

Works well for hot fudge and caramel in our camp store! Realized the temp settings are in Celsius so after that we didn’t burn the fudge or caramel anymore 🤦🏼‍♀️ Pump came disconnected once and we lost a piece but found a replacement and it’s back to working again.

It is easy to have too much water in the basin and it overflows when heated. A water mark inside would help to elevate this issue.

Water leaked out the bottom and cheese was cold. Took apart bottom to find all the bottom heat plate mounting screws loose and 2 of them were broken off plate. Also heat sensor was hanging and not attached to bowl. Very poor assembly and quality control. Unit does heat up but boils water due to sensor not being attached. Very disappointed with how much it cost.

Great investment! Easy to work. Warms up the cheese really fast. Also, easy to clean!

Hard to pump out the cheese and clean

I love the idea but still have no idea how to put it together. Instruction are not clear and oddly cannot find a video for this brand specifically. 😞
