This is better constructed and made of better material. The one this replaced feel apart and had a piece of metal sticking out from the hinge. Not something I want sitting in my back pocket... A very good value and it looks smart, too.

I literally received this metal wallet, used it twice lightly and it fell apart. Less than one week and the hinge-clasp broke and would no longer close securely. I am amazed that something this bad is even sold on Amazon... it should not be!

Wallet is great! Only reason for 4 stars is it was delivered with two small dents on one side. So I wish the packaging for shipment was better prepared. Card slots are sturdy with plenty of space to get in and out and can even hold 2 cards per slot if you want to force it. Clap seems sturdy so far (gad for a few days) so I hope it is has plenty of life in it. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

I ordered this item along with a slimmer version. It too is great for blocking someone from stealing one’s credit card info and is the best item for the price. However, I paid a little more for the slimmer version as I liked the compactness and both hold the same amount of cards (5).

I used to buy these kind of wallets at the dollar store. They'd generally last between half a year and a year and then some plastic part would break. Then I'd replace it with another $1 one. I figured I'd pick up a highly rated version from Amazon and it'd last enough longer to be worth the price difference. I was wrong. This one failed faster than any of the dollar store ones ever did. It took less than 2 months for the pin that makes up the hinge to simply fall out. If I'm going to get cheap quality, I might as well get a cheap price to go along with it. Back to the dollar store I go...

I got tired of a huge lump of a wallet in my pocket, & downsized to just the necessary id's & cards .. but they rubbed together scuffing & damaging the strips .. this fits all of my cards loose enough for protection & seals to keep the dust out... it's a little thick, but that's to be expected, & not as bad as my old wallet... it's durable, and also pretty light weight considering it's metal.. The only problem I have is that after only 5 weeks the plastic latch broke off, leaving a small hole that dust can get in, & I have to be careful taking it out of my pocket so the cards don't fall out..

The wallets are very good.

This item is great. It safely stores your important cards and identifications, and its design prevents anyone from being able to copy the interior of those documents.

Not worth with this money..

Nice color and finish.

My first one lasted 4 years. The interior plastic sleeves cracked about a year ago but the case was fine until I dropped it & a hinge broke. Honestly, few products deliver like this one has. I look forward to another long service life.
