I was expecting to get disappointed but I was pleasantly surprised.I got it on sale on a daily deal for $50. The TRX set works brilliantly everything snaps in/changes out easily. Strong straps. All in a cute bag. I feel so bougie bringing it to the gym I don’t have to fight over their 1 set anymore; mamma’s got her own!

I’ve been going to physical therapy and using this type of straps, but a much more expensive version. These straps are perfect for my needs at home and were easy to put together and use. They’re very sturdy and well-made. You can’t beat it for the price, I don’t know why anyone would want to pay more?

I don’t usually write reviews, but felt compelled to do so for this product. With gyms being closed, I wanted a full body suspension system to use at home. I first looked at the TRX brand, but they were sold out. This product got good reviews so I figured I would give it a try.Pros- easy to use, buckles make switching between handles and foot holds easy, cheaper than TRX brand, great range of motions, strong and great quality material.Cons- the buckles constantly hit the door so you need to be careful and gently lay them against the door. Otherwise they would scuff my white door. Also, while the buckles ensure a good and strong hold, they also make adjusting each individual strap to an equal length mire difficult. This is where I prefer the TRX brand. Regardless of brand, the “over the door” option (which is what I use) needs to be used on a door that swings out as opposed to opening into the room. Otherwise, unless it’s a solid, strong door, the door will bow in and not be a stable base. That would be for any suspension system though and not unique to this product.Overall, a great alternative to the TRX brand and I’ve gotten a great workout at home! I would buy again and recommend to a friend!

I purchased this item due to reading the reviews that were positive. I have to agree these are pretty good quality as TRX bands that I use at the gym. For someone that wants to get TRX and not the price these are worth it. I will compare the negatives that I can deal with for the price. Using on a door no problem but I saw they can be tie them to a tree or bar there is no directions after playing around I figured out how to secure on my chin up bar, if you are doing mountain climbers you need to come out a little as the door entrance is in the way which is doable. To adjust the length you had the strap but they are attached to the stirrups which are connected like a seat belt. So you need to take a little longer to adjust then you would with TRX which you just slide up and down. The stirrups or handles are a lesser quality then TRX. All and all you get a lot of Bang for your buck I love these I can workout at home with some TRX moves especially now that gyms are temporarily closed. If you thinking of getting TRX bands but do not want to spend the money this is your answer.

I’ve purchased a few of these, one for myself and one for a friend. I love the functionality of it. Very versatile, easy to use and works great in multiple different areas.

Unfortunately most homes have cheap hollow doors. I weigh 175 and the top part of my door was bending to the point that it wasn’t usable.My solution was to find a stud and attach a steel screw eye in it.Even with the work around the straps are limited in what they can do.

All of the straps, connectors and accessories are made of quality materials and should last a long time. I already had a mount in my garage ceiling and put the kit to work on the same day I received it! I am 6'1" and weigh 230 lbs. I was able to go through all of the movements suggested in the brochure that comes with the kit without any issues. The straps are easy to adjust "on the fly" with little interruption to your workout. It is definitely a great value for the price!

It doesn't set up as advertised, definitely better for a leg workout but it's still really convenient. Everything is sturdy and very well made. Just the straps are long and dangle. However for the price I think it is absolutely on point and is definitely an effective and portable tool to get some Fitness in
